Michael's POV
(Michael is walking with Sam)
I rubbed Kurt's back as he looked like he was gonna cry.
I got home that night with Sam and Blaine and saw that the whole living room was full of lit candles.
"Sam. Blaine go away I need to talk to Michael". Mercedes said coming into the room.
Sam laughed and patted my back. "don't be limping tomorrow".
"Samuel!!!". My face went bright red.
As soon as Sam and Blaine went upstairs I looked at Mercedes who was just giggling.
"Don't worry I'm not gonna do anything I just think we should have a talk about us now I'm here."
I nodded and sat down on the couch. She sat on my lap and started playing with my hair.
"So as we are now living together we need some rules especially as we don't live alone. One is we cant have sex all the time. We also need time away from each other so we don't get clingy. We need to spend time with Sky at lest once a week"
I just looked at her. "you've been thinking about this haven't you?" she nodded slowly.
I kissed her. "that's ok I agree with it all I promise"
We kissed again and it slowly turned into a make out. I love this girl so much.
The next day we decided to go on a walk around the city.
We were just talking about random things when a bunch ideas for weddings kept coming to my mind.
"So like for the wedding I was thinking dark but not like to dark and maybe keep the white but like not"
"Micheal stop!" Mercedes said scaring me a little.
She sighed. "Look maybe we shouldn't be spending all this time together... I said I wanted a long engagement...."
"We are I thought you meant a few months....."
"I meant a few years Michael...."
I looked at her then just walked off I couldn't have this talk right now I just wanted us to be together and happy for once.
Mercedes POV
I sighed watching Micheal walking away. I want to get married to him but I'm so busy and so will he soon so I don't want to rush anything.
(Pretend Mercedes isn't wearing Sam's coat at the start)
Michaels POV
Later that night Mercedes didn't come back to the house for dinner so I decided to go find her when I saw her with two other girls.
I walked over with my hands in my pocket.
"Michael hi we were just talking about you" Mercedes says smiling.
I got really nervous so I just nodded.
After that awkward event we went home and slept cuddling each other.
