"So, what's it like... y'know, being a ghost and stuff?"
Waterboo turned to look at Tommy again, his smile still as wide as it was before. "Oh, it's great! My home is really cozy, but it got really lonely over there... now that I can roam free and talk to you, I'm feeling very happy!"
The thought of a home for the ghost intrigued Tommy, a place that hasn't been seen or explored before was a potential truth. "What's your home like? Is it like this place?" Tommy asked, noticing Waterboo look to the side while his smile dropped into neutral. Silence crowded the open space, it was getting uncomfortably awkward and Tommy didn't understand why.
"That's not important right now," his smile came back almost on cue and curled up even more, making his eyes smile even brighter," But we should talk about some main topics!" Oh dear prime, Tommy felt eerily weird after that.
"Um... and what would that be exactly?"
"Your Ranboo!"
"'My' Ranboo?"
"You know like... before he," Waterboo guided his extended thumb across his neck," y'know?" Tommy glared at the gesture and took a very sharp sigh," No. I'm not telling you about him anymore." The ghost frowned, but it was a weird frown with widened eyes, almost as if it was forced," Aw, why? Was he really that sensitive of a topic? Why don't you just want to get it off your chest, huh?"
This angered Tommy slowly but surely, making him stand up abruptly, clench his fists, and hold back tears. "Because I'm still not over his death, okay?! Why can't you just talk to me without mentioning him? I'm still healing and you should respect that!" Waterboo was slightly surprised by this, yet returned to his normal smile and eerie gaze," Understood!" Another sigh came from Tommy, turning around to peer down towards the crashing waves. "I don't know how to feel about you. On one hand, I'm glad you're here to remind me of Ranboo, but on the other hand, you're not going to let me heal from his fucking death. I hate how vulnerable this makes me and how fucking... confusing this is! I-I'm just trying to understand why any of this happened and why Dream feels the need to ruin my life all the time with the shhhit he's done!"
He then yelled out a loud grunt, turning his heel, and strides towards his tent with his arms wrapped around himself. It was almost as if he was trying to comfort himself, having it ultimately fail with how touch starved he already is. He sat down on his bed roughly before hiding his head in his hands to release his frustration. He was slightly hyperventilating and gripping onto his face with his fingers.
He just wondered what was going on right now.

Sapnap woke up in a panic. Focusing in on his surroundings, he figured he was back at home and not where he thought he previously was. "Calm down, it's okay!" a familiar voice spoke in a hurry. Karl, who was currently tending to Sapnap's wounds, was knelt next to his bed. "Dream! Where is he?! I need to-" Sapnap continued to panic as Karl shushed him softly.
"He came to Kinoko with you in his arms and said that you were tampering with the axolotl aquarium back in the D. SMP. We talked a little and I brought you back to the house to lay you down. I noticed you had glass wounds on your face and arms so I also decided to fix them up." Karl explained while he brought up more rubbing alcohol to a wound, making Sapnap flinch and hiss in pain through his teeth. "Stay still, please," Karl simply stated, continuing to wipe away the dried blood.
"What did Dream say to you?" Sapnap questioned, not breaking eye contact with the brunette. Karl paused his movements for a moment and continued hesitantly. "Nothing that special," Karl stated," just about the fact you weren't doing too great at the moment."
