                                 Wanda POV

I sat across from Luna on her carpeted floor listening to her talk. She took a shaky breath. "HYDRA. What the agent used to do to me. That's what the nightmares are about most of the time. Or the red room."  "You should talk to Natasha or Yelena. They both will understand the red room stuff and can probably help. I understand the HYDRA things if you want to talk to me about it." I told her. She nodded and put her head in her hands, her fingers resting entangled in her red hair.

I heard a quiet sob from her. Reaching over I placed my hand on her back. "Shh it's okay." I mumbled as I rubbed her back. "They hurt me" she spoke shakily. "I know they did." I talked trying to sound as comforting as possible. "But they aren't here anymore" she nodded lifting her head from her hands and leaning it onto my shoulder. "Your rings are pretty" she said after a few moments of silence. "Thank you sweetie" I smiled a little despite knowing she couldn't see it taking one off and handing it to her. "Here you can have it."

She gently grabbed it and placed it on her hand. It was a plain black ring that had a red gem. "It's beautiful thank you....Wanda?" I laughed "Yes I'm Wanda." she quietly laughed too. Apparently we fell asleep at some point during our conversations because I woke up the next morning to her head laying on my shoulder as I was propped against the headboard the night before. Slowly I moved her head so I could get up, stretching my neck out a little bit and silently walking out.

Knocking on my friends door I was happy to see the red head and her sister in the same room. "Hey Nat, Hey Lena" I said and walked in after seeing Nat gesture for me to come in. "Where were you last night? I didn't hear you come out of your room" Natasha asked since our rooms shared a wall she could hear when I was in there. "With Luna. She fell asleep on me. I watched her dance for a while too." "Yeah speaking of, those are the moves the red room taught the older widows, you remember Lena?" Nat asked her sister. She nodded her eyes looking distant, like she was trapped in a memory. "She made the little ones watch" Yelena said quietly before walking out. "What's up Wands?" Nat asked me. "Talk to Luna. She needs someone who understands the red room."

Natasha nodded. I took a breath "is she Luna Petrov? Like your sister Luna Petrov?" Nat avoided my eyes, a symbol her face was probably showing an emotion she didn't want anyone to see "we don't know but I think so yes" her breathing was shaky. "Nat. Come over here. It's okay" I told the woman letting her hug me while sitting on her bed. "What if it is? I thought she got out. She disappeared one day. We were told she escaped and that she was a traitor. Right before my ceremony" she sighed. "How old would Luna be now?" "Um, I think she'd be  15-17 or so. Small for her age though" I nodded "alright. How about this, you ask Luna how old she is today and tell me what she says alright Nat?" "Mhm" Nat hummed.
