Luna POV
I heard my sister's laugh as I played a game with the young avengers. Yelena grabbed Kates arm "Kate Bishop!" She shouted. They were on a team together and she'd just messed up their turn. Yelena didn't know that I knew, that Natasha had told me apparently and I wasn't sure when or who would be the one to tell her. Her and Nat have been together as sisters since well forever maybe Natasha will tell her? I don't know. America tapped on my shoulder snapping me out of my daze "it's our turn Luna" she smiled handing me the game piece.
While watching Kate and Yelena play and Kamala and Peter play I thought about how welcoming all the young avengers had been. I hadn't really talked to Peter but Kate was the person who found me outside the tower, Kamala had been so nice and so had America. Yelena had been too. They didn't even know me. But they'd been so kind. Yelena tapped on me "Luna. Everyone already left you've been zoned out" she said through her thick Russian accent.
"Oh okay um sorry for zoning out like that" I apologized getting up to leave. "No no you can stay truly id like the company. What's got you thinking so much?" Yelena asked gesturing towards a small swing hanging in her bedroom for me to sit. "It doesn't matter. Just how you and everyone else have been so nice but don't even know me" I said to her messing with the rope. "We may not know much Luna but I know we are all happy to have another person. I'd like to know more about you though" she let out a small smile. "What about me?" I asked her, using my powers to make the swing rock gently. "Well your powers? How did you get them?" "They were given to me as a kid." I said vaguely. "I've gotta go talk to Nat really fast I'll be back" I said quickly walking out of her room and asking FRIDAY where Natasha was. "Nat?" I asked walking into her room.
She sat at her desk "yes?" "Can you tell Yelena? Soon? Like today?" I asked her sitting down on her bed to wait for a response. "Sure yknow what I'll tell her right now" she said grabbing her phone and I guess texting Yelena. "Did you really just text her 'yeah I found our 15 year old sister' or something?" I asked "as a matter a fact yes I did" she laughed. "Well I've gotta-" I got cut off by Yelena's voice "NATASHA!?? WHY ON EARTH DID YOU TEXT TH" she saw me "that." She finished quieter seeing me tense at her shouting. "Luna? Luna" Natasha grabbed my arm bringing me out of the memories. "Sorry" I mumbled moving my arm back again. "I didn't mean to yell I didn't know you were in here" The blond Russian spoke. "I-it's okay." I forced out a smile. Despite my mind being somewhere else, thinking about when the HYDRA agents would yell at me.
Natasha seemed to notice but didn't say anything. "Why don't you go hang out with Wanda? I think she's been wanting to hang out with you" Natasha smiled and I nodded leaving her room to go find Wanda.
