I really wouldn't mind dating this fire cracker but I knew that he was trying to get over Ming and the last I wanted was to actually be anyone's rebound. Plus I had already annoyed him enough, I doubt he would wanna date me.

I put away my stuff, took a shower and finally left. When I came out, I saw a lone figure standing by the vending machines. I just ignored, unable to see who it was. But the figure turned, saw me and started walking towards me. As he came closer, I realized it was Kit!

"Hey, what are you doing here?"

"Waiting for you."

"OH what happened? Where's Beam?"

"He left with his boyfriend Ming. I wanted to wait for you."

"Hmmm?"

"Don't I owe you a date? If you won?"

"Yeaa but I lost remember?"

"Don lie P Forth. You didn't lose. You chose to lose. Why did you miss that shot?"

I stared dumbfounded at this guy. Had he been studying the match that intensely? I kept quiet, unsure of how to answer.

"I owe you a date. So let's go. Where do you wanna eat?"

"Hmm Kit, I was kidding. You don't have to follow through..."

"You should know by now what kind of person I am. If I can transfer schools for a person, what more follow through a date?"

I kept quiet. I didn't know how to respond.

"I am just following with what I told you at the match. Don worry. I'm not taking you as a rebound and neither are we going to continue this post this date. So chicken and beer?"

I smiled happily and off we went. As we walked off, l couldn't help but sneak glances at this fiesty fellow, wondering what it would be like to have him for keeps in my life.
