Minami immediately rushed to open the door happily.

Sakura just looked down at her plate, her smile slowly fading away.

Akemi too dipped down on his seat looking nervous.

Itome noticed the tension in the air but didn't say anything as he noticed them coming.

"This is Akisawa!" Minami introduced to the group.

"Hey! It's nice to meet you finally!" Sakura got up.

"Me too! I've heard a lot about you." Akisawa replied before looking around the room.

"Hey, Koshiro! Long time no see, you too, Akemi!" He waved at them.

"Hello..." Akemi smiled back.

"I'll show you to your room. You can freshen up, there's food already ready for you," Minami spoke to him.

They kept murmuring and laughing at each other as they walked up the stairs.

"It's been a while since they've met," Itome commented.

"Yes, I'm sure," Sakura sighed before sitting back in her seat, "This baby is not making things any easier."

"I can't believe I'm going to be an uncle soon," Itome replied as Sakura smiled before continuing to eat her food.

Soon after she was done, she got up to put her plate to wash.

Just then Minami and Akisawa entered the room laughing at something.

"Oh my god, then after that you rolled down that hill!"

"And let's not forget it was because of you!!" Minami laughed back as he swung his arm around his shoulder.

Sakura glanced at them from the corner of her eye while cleaning the dishes.

"Let me go and get the plate for you," Minami interrupted before heading to the kitchen.

He noticed his wife doing the dishes but stopped her hands out of nowhere.

She looked at him in surprise at what he was doing.

"You need to rest, you've not been sleeping well either, I'll finish up the dishes after I eat," He smiled, taking over.

"Why did I doubt him...I feel so guilty now." Sakura thought to herself.

Minami smiled again before getting closer to her about to give her a sweet kiss.

"Heyyy!" Someone interrupted, startling both of them as they immediately moved away, "Did I interrupt something?" Akisawa asked, not reading the room.

"U-Uh not really," Sakura replied before leaving.

"Hey- Sakura!" Minami tried to call her but Akisawa once again interrupted him.

"Show me around this place! We got lots to catch up on!" He laughed.

"Right..." Minami's eyes lingered towards where Sakura was just moments ago.

"Also, your dad asked me to pass on a message to you," Akisawa started.

"What?"

"We're all having dinner at the new hotel he bought tonight to celebrate, heads up."

Kashima stood in front of the entrance to the school building where he found him.

He kneeled down and touched the ground with his finger.

"What the fuck is he doing?" Yacchan whisper-shouted as they spied on Kashima from a bush nearby.
