The words "kink" and "fetish" are often used interchangeably. However, they are not the same thing at all.
A kink is an unconventional sexual preference/behaviour that someone can have. They can of course have standard (or so-called "vanilla") sex, but they prefer to pursue their kink(s) because it's more pleasurable to them.
A sexual fetish on the other hand is an extremely strong devotion to something. To pursue their fetish is a necessity for them to reach orgasm or even get aroused in the first place.
