CHAPTER 3: LET'S PLAY A GAME

After hearing my brother voice on the phone i was relieved it felt great not to be alone but it also did hurt to find out my brother has been here all alone,being trapped down here it hurts to hear him sometimes because to know he was here trapped in this room I didn't even know of. The crazy is why would he kidnap us when vance got taken no other kid has got kidnapped but then months later I do too it's like he planned this out or something i could tell from out the window that it was night time i heard noise sounded like he was coming down stairs. He opened the door hello he said hi i said confused then he asked the most weirdest question ever - valerie

it was now midnight me,Finny,Robin, and were just sitting around waiting for Gwen to tell us something but we had to be quiet because her dad was sleeping and we couldn't wake him but Gwen was sleeping we all didn't know what to do but next thing you know Gwen wakes up in a total shock "are you okay" said Finney "yeah" said Gwen "did you find out anything?". Gwen than gave me a bad look "what is it?" i said "I didn't see much but I saw a house with a guy standing in front of it with balloons and then I saw-" said Gwen "you saw what?" i said "i saw valerie she was screaming for help and she has a big slice on her face" Finney gasp I couldn't believe what I heard I really wanted to blame someone and that someone was me "this is all my fault" i said "tipo don't blame yourself there was nothing you could've done" said Robin "yes there was but of course i ran away like a coward" i said "don't beat yourself up about it but we are going to find her" said Finney "you guys don't know how it feels to lose someone" i said. Robin laughed I was confused what about what I said was funny "Bruce i lost my mom it was the most hardest thing for me and Gwen so trust me i know how it feels" said Finney "same i live with my uncle i don't know about my parents but it hurts not to know ¿usted sabe lo que quiero decir?" said Robin "uh what did you say" said Gwen "oh sorry about guys i just saying like you know what I mean" said Robin "oh.... yeah definitely" said Gwen "look why don't we all get some sleep it's been a long day and you need some rest Bruce" said Finney "yeah sorry about what I said guys" i said "it's alright we know you are going though a hard time and we make mistakes" said Gwen. I really hope tomorrow the police find a clue or that house Gwen talked about I just my valerie back, the only girl who can cheer me up i just want her back.. - bruce

"do you wanna play a game?" he said "what" i said "A game that I made do you wanna play" he said "not really" i never have been more confused on my life A GAME REALLY IM LITERALLY TRAPPED DOWN HERE AND HE WANTS TO PLAY A GAME i wish i had a weapon so bad right now "come it's going to be fun" he said "do I have a choice?" i said "not really" he said, he explained the rules to me the game was called hide,seek but don't run he was giving me a chance to run away i couldn't believe it but at the same time there has to be a trick no way he would just let me run off like this "what's the trick?" i said "trick? There's no trick silly i just wanna play a game with you" he said "okay...". I didn't trust him one bit but if he's giving me a chance I'm going to take it "okay but my brother has to play too" i said "so you found out" he said "yes now he plays too or no deal" i said "okay" he said. We walked over to the room vance was trapped in "vance?" i said "val?" said Vance, he got up and hugged me so tight I couldn't breathe i cried I couldn't believe it was my brother im so grateful "what's going on?" said Vance "i will explain on the way he just wants to play a game" i said "what type of game?" said Vance "hide,seek but don't run he calls it" i said "alright i trust you on this" said Vance. He was going to count in the basement only for 20 seconds, he sat down on the mattress and started counting me and vance ran up the stairs the game had officially started. We were upstairs i saw the door and that little piece of shit had tricked us the door had 3 locks on it i manage to get two locks off but then we heard him coming upstairs we didn't know what to do but there was a reason he named this game hide,seek but don't run because when you hear the seeker you should hide don't run because you will definitely get caught so we hid under this table i knew it was bad spot but I just hope he didn't see us and that's what he did. He walked all the way to the freezer vance made a run for it and got the key for the last lock and unlocked it. The door was opened i got up from the under the table and saw it look at me I ran we didn't stop we just kept on running i look behind us he wasn't there, then we saw a car that motherfucker we were actually running and he was using a car he drove his car ride in front of us "THIS WAY" said Vance. We crossed the street i made sure to hold on the vance's hand we weren't going to get caught and i was going to make sure of it "Vance I'm getting tired" i said "Valerie you have to push through we are not getting put in the hell hole again" said Vance, then there it was again the black van he got out of the car and he had a bat the grabber swung the bat it almost hit my head but vance went it front of me, took the bat and smacked him in the head with it only tool one hit and he was down i kicked him in his collarbone then stepped on his arm with all the pressure in my foot after that me and vance ran away from that black van - valerie

it was the morning and there was loud knocking the door everyone was still sleeping my parents must of left "COMING" i said they were knocking so loud I didn't know who would knock this early in the morning I opened the door and I couldn't believe what I was seeing "Valerie?" i said - Gwen
