Third Person's POV

Ryeowook just stared outside through his room's window with his head full of thoughts that the probably overthinked since last night. He couldn't even got enough sleep.

He doesn't know too how many sigh he let out for the past hours.

"Ryeowookie? Are you okay? You've been there since morning. You know you can talk to eomma right?" Ryeowook heard his mother told him from the outside.

It seems like his mother could sense something is wrong with him even if she doesn't know what happened.

He didn't dare tell anyone about what happened yesterday.

He could tell Yesung but it seems like he's not that fond of Ryeowook having friends. He glares at everyone who dare get close or near him.

Ryeowook couldn't forget what happened yesterday.

Flashback

"Kyuhyun..uhmm—"

He saw how Kyuhyun's eyes drop the hope it holds and he gave a sad chuckle.

"I know. I can see it in your eyes—that you don't feel the same way for me."

"Kyuhyun, I'm—"

Kyuhyun pushed a small paper bag towards Ryeowook. Ryeowook confusedly look at it.

"Go, open it." Kyuhyun gestured at him.

Ryeowook hesitantly opened the bag. He saw a small box and look at Kyuhyun before opening it.

Then he saw a bracelet. It was beautiful.

"I'm planning to give it to you, whether you accept my feelings or not."

Ryeowook smiled but he couldn't help himself and he let out a sob. Then tears flows freely on his face.

Kyuhyun, alarmed, reached out to Ryeowook and hugged him. "Hey, what—"

"Kyuhyun, I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry I couldn't reciprocate your feelings.. and yet, you gave me this. You're still being nice to me. I'm so bad."

He felt Kyuhyun's hug become tight. "You aren't. It's not your fault that I felt this for you. I am prepared for any outcome anyway. I'm happy that you choose to be true to me. I'm happy that I met you, Ryeowook ah." Kyuhyun then gestured at his wrist.

"Don't cry, okay. It will hurt me more if you do. Now give me your hand and let me put this to you."

And after Kyuhyun did, "It suits you. Beautiful, just like you."

With that, Ryeowook continued sobbing as he hold on to Kyuhyun's arms.

End of flashback

Ryeowook doesn't know how things ended yesterday but he knows, there will be a major change on his friendship with Kyuhyun.

He doesn't even know that Kyuhyun has the same preferences as him.

'Why did he have to fall for me? Why me? Out of all guys, why me?'

It's the question he keeps asking to himself.

He didn't want to hurt Kyuhyun but he did, by rejecting him.

It makes him feel worse.

His gaze shifted at the bracelet on his wrist. Kyuhyun wore it to his wrist, still smiling despite what happened that day.
