You find Billy after the events of Resident Evil 0
(I love this man, there needs to be more content of him)

It was 2001, three years after I escaped that wretched mansion with Rebecca and the S.T.A.R.S team. Whilst I was there, I met a man falsely accused, Billy Coen.
I made a promise to myself that I would find him again.

"Guess what Rebecca!" I squealed over the phone.
"What..?" She croaked. "It's 3 in the morning."
"I got a tip from a semi-reliable source. They saw Billy! Remember him?" I yelled, definitely waking up my entire complex
"The dude that helped us in '98? Yeah I do" She replied nonchalantly.
"I wouldn't trust it, kidnapping is at an all time high y'know." She added.
"Whole reason I said semi-reliable." I joked.
After an hour.....
"I'm gonna go back to sleep ok?" She sighed.
"Fine. I'm still doing it, you know!"
She hung up, and I went back to my computer.
In my mail, I saw another message from the person who "saw" him.
If you can, would you wanna meet me at (Name) Park at 10:30 am?
I can give you more info. Meet me at the benches closest to the fountain.
Ok, I can do that.
"I can finally find him!" I said, striking a victory pose.
It was now 6 am, so I put on a pair of jeans and a (color) t-shirt and sneakers.
I went to grab breakfast and coffee, then went to the park for a jog (of sorts.)
After a while I went to a swing set and played on that for a while.
Time passed and I went up to one of the benches. Someone was already there in a black hoodie and dark jeans.
"Nice to see you again, Dollface." The person said, in a familiar smooth voice.
"Billy?" I stuttered
"Yep, I've been the one talking to you. On a goddamn burner phone no less."
Without thought, I hugged him.
"I missed you." I whispered
"I missed you too."
After three years, I finally fulfilled my promise.
(It's short, this is my first ever oneshot lol.)
