{Taking Nemesis after the outbreak (No nuke AU)}

You had gotten special permission from Umbrella to keep the Nemesis project cause he had a special attachment to you.
It was..tough for the most part.
You constantly got looks of disgust and fear, but Nemesis just kept holding your hand.
At home, he would just stand by your bedroom door and stare blankly at you.
You had taken him out to go shopping, which resulted in angry curses from parents and crying children.
Nemesis gave all of them blank looks and kept grabbing the groceries off the top shelf.
You had decided to experiment and see if he could eat human food.
That didn't go over well.
All you could say was that it took too much bleach to get tomato sauce out of your white carpet.
People say that communication is key, it's not true with you and Nemesis. Mainly cause he could only say "Starsss" and on occasion, it pissed you off.
"Didnt those Umbrella asshats program you to say anything else?" You groaned, rubbing your temples.
"Starsss." He said nonchalantly.
"Proves my fucking point! Umbrella is fucking dumb." You sighed, putting you cup in the sink.
"But hey, they're paying me to send research logs to them about you! So that makes it all better!" You screamed sarcastically, earning an offended "Starsss" from Nemesis.
Another problem was the smell.
"I know you're just an innocent person turned war machine and all, but you cant smell like rotten flesh all the time! I'm getting my apartment searched cause people were complaining!" You screamed, shoving Nemesis into your shower.
After about 6 hours of scrubbing him, he finally smelled different.
That's then you got a knock.
"Just a second!" You yelled, throwing his clothes in the washer.
You opened the door, revealing a police unit.
"Hello- what the hell is that?" The woman asked in a surprised/scared tone.
"Starsss." He growled, lightly shoving past you.
Let's just say; All you had to do was pay for an entire police unit's therapy.
Now he just stays in your room when visitors are around.
May not be what you expected but I wanted to make it slightly funny! Hope you all enjoyed <3
