The Second were the people itself, put into 3 camps, the People leaving to the new lands were Radical Nationalist in a way, seeing that the Old Gra Valkas was better and aiming for world conquest, but with no real Military support, they were not a problem, But the Support of the 3rd in Line to the Throne, Gra Luxal II Was A Small Concern, The other Camp were the People that were mostly pacifistic in Nature, Lead by the Emperor, Gra Cabel, Who wanted to only take what they owned before the World war and Rule it and Quoting the Emperor himself 'With Love and compassion, To Rule with Flowers and not Guns'. This was supported by the Imperial Diet and Many of the Army, But the Navy not so much. The Last camp was the Navy, Which was Simply put, Neutral But leaning to The Radical side, As the Navy had it's own Army of 3 Million Marines and 2000 Ships, Making it strong enough to On paper take over the Pacifist, But the Army itself with 9 million men, Had the Power to Stop them with numbers.

The Last was that Many were still scared from the War 60 Years ago, And it created a feeling that the 'Sun Bomb' will come back to hit their Homeland again, In the War it wiped out 2 cities of 400 000 each, killing everyone, Forcing their Surrender.
