In-front of him was Alexander Valkov, The Russian Diplomat from the last time, As he sat down, he let out a mocking tone before Ribbentrop.

''So...How's Goes the World Conquest? You Should be in Moscow by Now right?'' Valkov said

This was a Obvious Insult to the 4th Reich, for they were not even close to Moscow, Ribbentrop said nothing but pinched his nose. It was no use arguing with someone lesser than him.

''Why did you ask for a Meeting?'' Ribbentrop said in a Furious Tone.

Valkov said nothing as he simply took a Photo of the Gross Adolf and Gave it to Ribbentrop, Which confused him, it was from the battle in the Bushpaka Seas months ago, taken by a enemy Battleship, so why show it to him?

''I have come here to negotiate your Reich's Surrender'' Valkov said

At this Ribbentrop Laughed and looked at the Russian As if he was insane, After he stopped, he looked at him and decided to amuse him for a while.

Valkov took a Map of the Lands the 4th Reich held as of today, All lands they took over was Green, The Islands south of Vestal Yellow and their 2 main Continents Red, They was also a Number,1.2 Trillion, Valkov began to speak as if they already won.

''Firstly, All lands taken in the War shall be Regiven. Any damages shall be paid as well, We calculated 1.2 Trillion in war reparations, Any and all war Criminals shall be send to us and judged for their crimes. Secondly, All those Islands you Have south of Vestal shall be formed into a Demilitarized Zone and its own Country, what they choose to follow in democratic forms will be up to them.

Third, Your 'Nation' Shall be disarmed to only 300K under Arms, your Navy and Air force made less than 1% of what we have, Your Government shall be displayed and replaced with democratic forms and finally you shall come under Joint Russo-Gra Valkan and Muish Control for 10 Years'' Valkov spoke as if this was mundane.

Ribbentrop looked at Valkov with a Dead face expression, this was 1919 all over again and he could not help but find it amusing, after a long silence, Ribbentrop finally spoke.

''I Understand, So you still need to have another defeat to see that world conquest is impossible?'' Valkov said

"Though We may be an enemy country, are you perhaps taking a commanding tone in a diplomatic situation?" Valkov said, as if he didn't to that as well.

In diplomacy, showing respect for the other party is key. Though they may be enemies, Ribbentrop and Valkov were taking a commanding tone is far higher in rank than they are, but they aren't subject to different countries. Hence why normal Rules was all but gone, both sides were going for the jugular

Valkov takes a slight, provocative stance.

"We are the 4th Reich. The most powerful nation in the world, you cannot hope to win against us, in mere months we shall have the Bomb. Since you still have Arrogance towards us, our great armies will move extremely swiftly. We are currently in a state of war, but due to your distance, your country has been put off for later due to strategic reasons. It is laughably simple to get rid of your country had it been our priority."
