Chapter 14 - Am i dead?

Day 2 - Tuesday

Sam's POV

Last night was kind of weird.
It made me realize that my mum had been suppressing her feelings these past weeks.

When she came to our room she was sad. It seemed like she had cried all day. Her eyes were puffy and swollen . It made me feel so bad for her . Aston is such a dick. That man is a fucking terrorist .
And Princess? She really is an angel.
She made her forget about it in no time and she even fell asleep in our room.
Well, I left them there and slept in her room instead.

I decided to include her in the Paris tour today.
She has been here more times than I have so she could take us to places I don't know .

At 10am we were ready to begin our tour .
She suggested a couple of places like the Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Paris , louvre museum etc. She even took us to an Opera
House. Then we went on a boat cruise over Seine river. Honestly I wouldn't have wished for anything more. Watching the relationship my mum and Princess have is everything. They legit love each other .

As we came down from the boat cruise my mum said there was one more stop before we head to go get dinner .
"Let's go to the Rodin Museum" she said .

Then my phone beeped. I opened it to check and saw that Kendall just landed. Shit I promised to pick her up.

Shit shit shit . How do I leave?

"Uhm, can you two go on without me ?, I am suddenly having a headache and I would really love to go rest?" I said. I hope they buy this shit.

"Oh we could just head back if you are tired" Mum said .

"No!, I wouldn't wanna ruin your fun, it's fine honestly". I said.

"Well that just means we have more time to spend with each other" Princess said to my Mum.
"Take care of yourself and use painkillers , I have some in my travel bag" Princess said, almost nonchalantly .

She gave me a kiss on my forehead while I was opting for a kiss on the lip.

I walked away from them and head to the airport.

"Hiiiiiiiiii" Kendall squealed. She ran towards me and jumped on me.
I know how it looks but we are genuinely just friends.

"Hi Ken" I said.

"First things first " she said handing me a gift bag.
"Your very scarce perfume" she said.

"Thank you very much love" I said , smiling ear to ear until I realized what I just called her.
Shit, I did that unconsciously.

"Damn, I should buy you more stuff if that means I'll hear you call me 'Love' " she said, serious faced.

I froze for a second there. And put the perfume bag in my coat pocket

"Shit, I'm just kidding man" she said easing my tension.

"Come we need to run, what hotel are you staying at?" I asked .

"Oh your hotel, I mean I didn't think it was smart to go anywhere else since we are literally working together" she said.

"Oh, that's... that's fine I suppose" I stuttered. If Princess sees her she wouldn't be at ease . And fuck! I haven't told her that Kendall is walking for me .
I know I'm not doing anything wrong but why am I scared . Why don't I want Princess to find out? .

We head back to the hotel together .
