Chapter 16- Attention

Day 3- Wednesday

Sam's POV
It's 8am and Princess hasn't come back to the room. I have been texting and calling, no response. She's doing that thing she did after Washington again.

But I am not in the wrong this time . I didn't do anything. If Kendall is making her so insecure then the problem is her not Kendall. She's not even attempting a move on me or what not. The girl is just calm and actually cares for me.

I have told Princess  many times that she is the love of my life but she doesn't seem to believe me.

As I  opened the door to go ask my mum if she has seen her , I saw her standing there. In front of the door.

She walked past me and took her clothes off and went straight to the bathroom.
I followed her "Are you going to give me the silent treatment?" I asked.
She's fond of doing this shit. I don't understand how she's fine with not talking to me after a fight. I would rather talk it out, argue or fight it out and let it end there. But she can go days not speaking to me . She has gone weeks not speaking to me.
"Just talk to me dammit" I said exasperated.
No reply.

I stood there watching her take her shower and I was clearly frustrated .

She finished and stepped out and dried herself with the towel ignoring my existence .

She wore shorts and a big top and sneakers, and picked up her handbag too, is she going somewhere ?
"Where are you going to?" I asked . Holding her hand.

"I'm going out for breakfast" she said .

"Oh, alright" I said back. I could feel the tension in my chest loosen up. I felt at ease immediately.

"Babe it's not what you think, there's nothing happening with Kendall" I added .
"Cool" she said and stepped out.

Princess's POV

I went to Sam's Mum's room and she was also ready.
Then I texted Dominic to meet us downstairs.

Ms Braille asked for us to have breakfast with him.

I made aesthetic videos of our breakfast and posted it on my Ig story with the caption, breakfast in in Paris.

After a while I noticed notifications were coming in but I wasn't paying attention

Ms Braille asked him about his mum and after he finished talking about her, she offered to take full responsibility for her medical treatment.

He was smiling and I saw his eyes gloss up. Was he gonna cry?

It was so emotional and I held his hand and squeezed, just then Sam came into the Cafe and  sat down on the empty seat beside me. I let go of Dominic's hand and when I look to Sam I saw that he was pissed.

"Dominic, this is my Son Bb, Bb meet Dominic" Ms Braille said.

"Why are you both having breakfast with him" Sam said.

"He's my new friend, he's an artist, his voice is phenomenal " I said smiling.

"Nice to meet you Bb, I've heard so much about you." Dom said cynically.

Bb wasn't feeling him at all.

"Shit, I have got to run, I need to hit the studio and record that amazing song you helped me write last night" he said getting up. He shaked Ms Braille and pulled me in for a hug and waved at Sam.

"So you let strangers hug you now? Huh?" He said. He looked really really upset.

"What do you mean. Dom is no stranger, we are literally best buds" I said.

"Don't go do something stupid Princess cos I know you, you fuck any fucking nigga that gives you attention when we fight" he said.

"What is wrong with you Bal" I heard Mrs Blunt say.

I got up and walked out.
I'm not going to let him pin this on me.
How dare him bring up Jer's situation. It was a 1 time thing and I thought he was with someone else.

I fucking apologized for that.

I paid for another room and I moved all my stuff .

Sam's POV

I regretted the words as they left my mouth cos now she's upset.
'Way to go BB' I thought . But I needed to let her know my fears , she has done it before .

"Why did you speak to her like that" my Mum asked.

"Cos she could be sleeping with him" I said.

"I know her mum , she has done shit like this before, cos she thought I was sleeping with Kendall she went and fucked someone else" I added.

"So it was Kendall then too? After your Washington trip, it was Kendall too wasn't it?" She asked.

"Yes it was but we weren't even talking then, Ken was just going crazy trying to get me and I told her I love Princess, I'm telling you Mum, there's nothing going on between us" I said.

"Show me the texts she saw" she asked.

I unlocked my phone and gave it to her and after a few reads

"Samuel Ballo Blunt. You have been acting nonchalant about this situation. It's worse than I thought. You are texting a girl you used to sleep with about the fact that you have seen her naked. She's telling you her doors are wide open. She calls you love, and she gifted you the same perfume that I and Massimo had to pull strings to get for Princess just to impress you. It cost about 8k each in the black market . And the morning she saw you texting she came to me worried that you had someone else that's making you smile early in the morning, I assured her that it's nothing, but apparently there's something.
Bal I watched how you were with her just now. The thought that she might like Dominic is stressing you out so much, so tell me why she shouldn't be stressed out because of someone you used to sleep with?" She said.

"Mum , she just met Dominic  yesterday and his hand showed in her Ig story post today , I have known Kendall for years , it's not the same thing " I said

"You are literally having her model the dress you made for Princess" she said .

"Why do you think the dress is for Princess?" I asked.

"You said it in the interview with Caroline , Bal.
'... this was my best work and there's no other model that would be able to fit into it like her . She's my muse' you said all those things . How do you think she would feel about Kendall wearing that dress ? ." She asked.

"Fuck!. Okay ... I feel awful. Hearing you say it out loud it sound worse than I thought it was" I said.

I think I'm a douche and I always push her to other people and it's really always Kendall.

"So I can't be friends with her?" I asked her

"You can but you don't need to meet with her all the time or talk about nakedness. If you can't keep it strictly friendship just stay away from her" she said.
"I understand you Mum" I said .

"I need to go get my girl" I added , getting up .

My heart sunk when I saw that Princess had left the room with her things. I called her multiple times. Almost 200 times. But she didn't pick up.

I called my mum and asked her to call her for me . But she said she doesn't know where she is.

I went to the reception to ask for information and I got none, they didn't give me what I asked for because she asked for privacy.

I kept calling her cos I didn't want it to go on any longer . I know that if we don't sort it out now she could go days without speaking to me and I can actually lose my mind if that happens .
