A crowd gathered around the bar, people calling and chatting to each other about the sudden events. Police cars' sirens swirling with their signature colors, blue and red flooded the street. Officers surrounded the place, yet two people stood out in particular. An android and another officer, yet the officer wasn't in uniform. The android stood up straight, he looked at the crowds, analyzing their reactions. A dead body. The lieutenant knelt down to the body's side, the look on her face was confused.
'What seems to be the problem?' The android looked down at her, glancing between the body and the detective. 'You think this was murder?' The detective asked.
'That's a probability, allow me to identify him.' He knelt down next to her.
'Ash I swear to fuck if you lick that blood im gonna puke.'
'Then look away' He pressed his two fingers against the victim's blood, obtaining it on his hand and lifting it to his mouth. The detective, disgusted, looked away from Ash and focused on the rest of the scene - nothing seemed out of the ordinary.
'Lieutenant?' He brushed his hands on his jacket to clean the blood off. 'This is Sean Downing, he works here.'
'Do you know how he died?' The detective asked as she inspected the area surrounding the corpse, the scene was completely clean.
'Poisoning, see the froth around his mouth?' He pointed at the body's mouth, 'That suspects a poison called botulinum.'
'Well he worked in a bar so any of these drinks could have been spiked.' The lieutenant inspected an empty whiskey glass on the side of the bar.
'Most likely, we need more information.' He raised himself, walking around to the tables. Everything seemed regular, people had been drinking and eating. Ash turned, his LED swirling blue as he noticed a knocked over glass on the bar.
'Liv?' He called, walking over to the glass.
'Yeah, You find somethin'? ' The Detective turned to look at the andriod. He examined the glass, taking a sip of the leftovers. Liv smirked as she saw the android finish the glass of alcohol.
'This isn't a human's drink, there's no saliva.'
'You suggesting an android was here? Drinking..?' He looked around the body, then back at the glass.
'Not just an android.' he looked at Liv. 'A deviant.'
She stared at the android with a moment of realization then the pair heard something from the crowd outside the bar. Liv and Ash turned to the door, hearing officers trying to contain the crowds. The two rushed outside, seeing someone push through the crowd in a hurry.
'HEY! STOP PUSHING!' Someone yelled, the person pushed through the crowd and began to run. As his LED swirled yellow, the running human alarmed him, yet that isn't what caught his eye. Through the person's hair and beanie, he saw a swirling red light.
