It was a foggy day in The city DoB(Daughter of Babylon). The Cold gave a icy breeze and the fog complimented the freezing weather. A tall skinny black male carried up the stairs of a hovel house. Police cars, a brimful, seize the house. The skinny man passed officers as he came to a halt at the crime scene. He saw a Mexican male, no more in his forties, hanging from the ceiling. The man gave a nervous swallow and pushed up his thick glasses. A huge white man with a suite barged in as he walked next to the man as they both examined the death scene.
"So, chief what happened?" Asked the skinny man. The big man glared at him and stroked his thick gray goatee.
"What are ya, a wiseass? Its obvious the victim committed suicide Fane." The chief said. Detective Fane analyzed the victim further more. He put on gloves and grab some tools. He felt victim's hand. 'Lukewarm?' Detective Fane Thought. This indicates that the victim had to die no longer then half an hour. He checked his time. It was 10am. He then thought, 'If it was a suicide, how was it committed?' There was no chair. He was hanging directly in the middle of the floor. His hands where fine so no one hung him, however there's no signs of him hanging himself as well. He felt his chief, chief Thompson, did acknowledge the victim didn't hang himself, but because it can't be explained he ignores it. Detective Fane Knows the horrible cost of ignoring The signs of the living God. He couldn't see the demons in the house but he felt the presence of death slowly dancing around the small house.
"Well Fane done looking at the obvious." Chief Thompson sassed. Fane got up as he pushed his glasses.
"Yeah, However chief its someone I've called on advance to look deeper in this case.," Fane took out a file to see the name of the victim, " Petro Hernandez; I don't believe Someone faked his suicide, nor do I believe he hung himself-
"Enough Fanes!, chief interrupted, "I need hard evidence!"
"Sometimes The evidence is hard, just have to look for his signs." Said a man. The chief glared down the young man as he came in.
"Jue, The hell your doing on my case." Snarled Thompson.
"Im here to solve your case." Jue announced as he stood in front of the hanging man. He felt the lingering presence of a demon. 'Yea', He thought. The fumes of the demon was dark red, with black as a thick outside rim around the demonic fumes. Spiritual fumes indicates what presence and entity we have at hand. Dark color fumes such as dark red, dark blue, dark green etc.
Fane looked towards Jue as he saw blue fumes surrounding him. Light colored fumes indicate the soul. The darker the soul the further away the soul is from the living god. Until the soul reaches its last blue form it turns black. That means the soul is dead and any other dark colors shows a demons presence of the devil.
" Well Jue?" Chief asked annoyingly
Jue faced him then back at the hanging man.
"He didn't hang himself, something hung him." Jue stated. Thompson lifted his bushy eye brow.
"So somebody hung the poor bastard, eh? But why?" Thompson asked. Jue looked more at the hanging victim. Behind him was a message that wasn't visible to the naked eye. Jue walked around the victim as he rubbed the wall where the unseen message sat. It has a heavy presence, the entity. Yue then looks towards Fane.
"Detective Fane mind hitting the lights for me?" Jue asked. Fane looked intrigued and then did as he asked. Thompson looking back and forward began to grow impatient on the matter.
"Well Jue!? The hell did you find!" Thompson commanded. Jue held his hand as the lights died down till only the streets lights glazed through the blinds of the house. Jue then began to pull out his pen, as it went to its uv light feature. The purple light exposed the wall as the message read, "The covenant has been sealed." Everyone eyes widen as they all smirked thinking they cracked the case, everyone except Jue and fane. Fane looked very worried for he knew the spiritual realm was at work here. Jue just looked as Thompson patted his back with a firm pat.
"You son of a gun, you did it," he then looks at one of his officers, " Officer I want a full list of residents in this community we're gonna bust this ass hole and take em in." He proudly said as he gave a Signal as this officers followed behind him. Before leaving he turned around frowning at Fane.
" And Fane get the body wrapped and ready for" He said as he walked out
Jue just looked annoyed as he saw a couple black cops followed behind they're master like lapdogs. Fane grabbed Jue's shoulder as he started to tremble.
"The note that was left for us, what doesn't mean jueliek?" He asked saying his real name. Jue looked at him as he removed his hand from his shoulder.
"I don't know why you people like touching my shoulder so much but let that be the last time, state that to your chief pig as well." He said as he turned the lights on and turned off his uv light. He then used the pen to cut down the body as it felled on the floor.
"As for the message, I don't know. The demon is a demon that preys on souls who feel that they are in they're darkest hour. The message however is very rare, not only that the trail it's fades. This demon really doesn't wants to be found. I normally don't give out volunteer work but this is a weight on my soul this must be solved because it's bound to strike again and soon I believe. He said as he left Fane to his work but before he left he said one last thing.
" oh and Fane, The spiritual realm isn't something to be afraid of almighty god guides us to make us aware. Allow yourself to submit to The Elohim, then call me so we can help souls see the power of I am that I am," then he goes into a scripture, " 'Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honorable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.' , That's Isaiah 5:13 don't reject his knowledge Fane, good night to you."
