Detective Jue: The Witness

Chapter 7 Rfile 008: the lust Spirit.

Day one on the lust case that was given to Jue. The news, still startle by the pass suicides, haven't let up. The cases still being seen as a suicide, are being closed. Nobody is looking into the spiritual, except detective Jue. It was raining day. The clouds where dark gray and the sun had no chance of shining to clouds that are gloomy. Jue, wearing his rain coat knocks on Karlos door. He didn't get a answer. He knocks again as a top window opened from the house.
"Up here Detective Jue. I'll let you in from the porch." Said Karlos. Jue looked up as he noticed who voice it was. He walked to the back as the front door started to unlock, Jue hid himself, assuming it was his wife since Karlos was just up at the window. The door opened as he saw it was his wife. She looked outside, both ways. She didn't see anyone. Jue soul jumped in his body. The energy that's flowing from her was very lustful. He saw the figure of a dark feminine spirit hovering over her. It was very big, not your usual spirit.
Jue walks to the backyard, Karlos waiting. They sat as Karlos offered a beverage. Jue politely declines as he pulls out his Realm files. Realm files are notes demons and spirits that they faced, facing or invade they run across a demon they haven't got info on. The realm files have deep detail, strengths and weaknesses on the enemy. Jue put them in front of Karlos showing a shadow figure in shape of a woman.
"What am I looking at Detective Jue?" He asked. The file then showed up as holographic showing many notes and visuals of the shadow figure. The figure was dark blue with black around the figure.
"This my friend is a spirit, I like to think this energy is a demon though. The Bible explains the qualities of a lusting spirit. There's a jezebel and actual woman who had evil intentions as well. There's also a Jezebel spirit separate from lust, that one comes in the revaluations,See the greatest mystery is are they the same." Jue explained. Karlos thinking of his Christian teachings thought about what his pastor told the church last Sunday.
"They are right? My pastor told me-"
"That the Jezebel who married king Ahab is the same Jezebel spirit that will come in the end times? Could be, I'll like to think so one less demon to worry about right? Yet there's no evidence of her being the same spirit," he stopped as he got closer to him, " that what worries me Karlos, I think that's what your wife is fighting. The Jezebel spirit, the spirit of sexual appetites."
Eyes where staring at Jue, he can feel it he looked up at his attic window as his wife watched him with hate, with the demon standing behind her. He chose to take advantage of the opportunity to take his exit.
"Look I believe you I'm going to look more into this. Keep me posted." Jue said a guy runs in his neighborhood running into Jue almost knocking him down. He saw his face it was Ethan. He saw it was Jue as he got up and kept running. Jue started to run after him as he stopped thinking about his case at hand.
"Meet me back at the department tomorrow." Jue said as he got in his car.
Ethan kept running. All Ethan could think about was those random dark things that came from his brother. His brother always been secure with himself. He always been confident. 'He loves himself..He does! So why the hell do he wanna..kill himself?' He thought.
Ethan decided to focus on getting to James house. He knocked on the door as he got no response. He knocked harder. Still no response. He then runs to his window as he knocked on the window rapidly. James was sitting on his floor staring at his wall, zoned out. Ethan knocked on his window. James still zoned out didn't get up. Ethan knocks again.
"Dude! It's me!" He yelled banging on the window. He knock James from his trance that time. A sulking numb James opens the window. Ethan sweating pacing back and forward loosing his mind.
"Yo I need your help, it's my brother bro." He panicked. He started to explain his brother was acting weird and tried to kill himself. He then started to rant and ask questions. James still numb and zoned out.
"Yo are you even listening!?" He asked. He turned around as he notice his face. Ethan was stunned. His friend looked so sulking and his eyes almost dead no light in his eyes at all. He recalls when James eyes what's more of a light hazel brown. Now the hazel has been dimmed, dull eyes what Ethan could only see. He grabbed his shoulder.
"Dude you ok?" Ethan asked.
"Did Immanuel drown?!"James snapped as Ethan looked puzzled.
"Wh-what did you say?"
James gets up as his dull hazel eyes became black.
"I said," he grabs Ethan neck as he pulls him close, noses almost touching, "Did. Your brother. Drown." Ethan looked angry as he pushed him, making him laugh.
"What's up with you man!!?" Ethan shouted. The lights started to flicker. Ethan noticed something's going on that his logic couldn't grasp. He backed away as James continued to chuckle. Ethan ran out his room in fear.
