Chapter 10: Rfile 011, Show me the way

The night was young and everyone was out doing regular night out activities. People were drinking and drunk. Even when big demons or spirits are not active small ones are as much as a problem as any higher demon. All wicked must be exiled by the power of God. A drunk man wobbling towards the street bumped into a lady pushing her into the road as a car was coming, something snatched her in a nick of time. It was Detective Jue and Thekla.
"Are you ok ma'am." Thekla asked. She nodded. Jue got up as he faced the drunk man.
"Listen why not go home and finish your drinking huh? That way your safe." Jue told him. The man was gonna give him a hard time but decided to take his advice. Servers of the living God, can convince vessels to do the right thing with the power of the Elohim of course. The lady thanked Jue and Thekla and hurried on.
Since the case of the lust demon, Jue haven't had time for train and being with the almighty. Sure, The father is always involved when it comes to the scriptures they scite via out loud or in their souls. Jue always study (cause each case involves something biblical, the Bible is a must).
With Thekla as his pupil, he's been giving Time teaching her all he knows. Back in his younger days, Jue strives to create a training program training others to be missionary detective(also spiritual detective). Meeting Thekla in highschool(her a senior),while he would be a freshman in college, he took her under his wing to be almightys first spiritual detective. A three year training program giving the basics on the lifestyle and many battles of a spiritual detective of the Most High.
This Year,3023, Thekla will be graduating as a full out spiritual detective. She's been working hard since they met. Thekla had a hard time fighting the right Hebrews to worship, congregate, and study and be with The Living God. Her and Jue finding trouble to find Hebrews that willing to follow the fathers way.
"You know, field day is almost near." Jue said as they drove back to the department.
"Yeah, what of it?" She asked reading her Bible.
"Well when you become a spiritual detective, you'll be watching over the department for awhile." He told her. She chuckled, assuming he was joking about leaving her alone to attend to cases. Jue face remain serious as always.
"Hey, you sound like your retiring." She said.
"No not retiring, just a post pone period. I need to catch up with the Father, just me and him." He explained. As much as Thekla wanted him to stay after graduation, she knew it's a must that they get the individual connection they need from The Most High.
"I understand at least check on me when it's time." She asked. He gave a smile.
"Of course have Adil working on extending our holocells as we speak." Jue assured her. They pulled up as they saw Ethan outside.
"Good night to you Sir," Adil Greeted from intercom, "Ethan is here for a job."
"Job? We don't give jobs here." Jue told him as he walked in. Thekla and Ethan followed.
"Well how do I work in you guys department?" Ethan asked. Jue chuckled.
"So you wanna be a spiritual detective? Listen, I didn't choose myself, Thekla or the next advocate the Almighty decides to bring our way. Furthermore, we didn't just wanna be a spiritual detective for him, we was servant first band always." Jue explained. That hit Ethan hard. On a thinking note. He wanted to know, not only know he wants to fight the things he cant see or sense carnally.
"Ok well, can I observe on the sidelines?" He asked. Jue groaned at the thought of a Babe in the Field. That's what they call those who still need the milk sections of the Word. Jue felt like a Babe on the sidelines might get in the way, just by lack of knowledge.
" I don't know, it gets bad, you'll know since you where victim to a demon recently, I don't think that'll be safe." Jue admitted.
"On the other hand big Ache, The Almighty always needs a witness, maybe he'll do us some good. Who knows, The Father works in marvelous ways." Thekla persuaded. Jue closed his eyes thinking.
"We'll give you tomorrow noon on our decision, however, tonight we need to discuss." Jue decided.
