Everyone continued looking at the screen with the fourteen year old in it. This person, Julia, was in charge of all this?
" What? No death threats? No gasps of horrors? Nothing?" Julia said, her voice echoing around the room. Everyone stayed silent, and Julia frowned.
" I was hoping for a more dramatic reaction." She said through the screen. Leo spoke up.
" So, you are the one in charge of kidnapping all our friends?" He asked, stepping forward. Julia nodded enthusiastically, a huge smile on her face.
" Yup! The one and only! I had some help though, from some other villains, but I am clearly the best." She stated. A muffled voice came from somewhere off the screen. Julia rolled her eyes.
"Shut up, Voldemort! We all know I'm better than you! At least I captured my victim correctly!" She gave an exasperated sigh.
" Sorry bout that, he goofed up and kidnapped Robin before we were ready." She explained. The Young Justice team perked up.
"Hang on, how do we actually know you have our friends? You could just be someone pretending to be the person who really has them." Hermione explained. Julia pulled a thoughtful expression.
" I like you, Hermin. Always using that grapefruit of yours. And I could totally prove to you I have them. In fact, why don't we go on a tour!" She stated. The camera that was filming her rocked around, and soon the friends were looking at a hallway, Julia in the background holding the camera. They could still hear her voice from behind her holding the device.
" So, this is the hallway." Julia said, walking down it. Everyone in the throne room was a bit dazed by her odd behavior. This girl seemed utterly bonkers.
"That's a door, that's a door, here's another door- Geez we have a lot of doors here!" Julia exclaimed.
"Aha! Here's the door." She said triumphantly. The door looked like a something from a medieval dungeon, and everyone was a bit afraid of what they expected to see.
The door swung open, and the prisoners inside were seen visibly cringing as the bright light flowed in.
Julia walked in, shaking the camera as she jumped and hopped around in front of her hostages.
" Guys! We're live! Say hi to all your friends!" Julia said gleefully, spinning the camera around. It landed in Percy.
" Percy! Gods, what did she do to you!?" Annabeth said, looking at her boyfriend's bruised and swollen face. Before he had time to reply, a hand shot out from behind the camera, cupping his chin and squeezing his cheeks together, just like a grandma would do.
" Annabeth, what's wrong with his face? I think he looks dreamy!" Julia said. All of the demi-gods gave looks of horror and disgust.
" Wait, where is Merlin? Where is he, you witch!" Arthur shouted, steping forward at the projection. Not that he could do anything.
"Merlin? Oh yeah. He's over in his corner sulking. Or is he dead?" The camera turned to a man who was covered in blood and bruises, and hanging with his arms above him, slumped on the floor. Arthur's and the knight's face twisted into furious rage.
"What did you do to him!?" Arthur grounded out, staring at his friend hanging there, looking quite dead.
"More like what did you do to him? Ha! Inside joke." Julia talked to herself as she listened to the warlock's breathing.
"Yeah, he's fine. Just unconscious." Julia stated. The knights had to hold Arthur back from running his sword through the screen.
"Ooh! Look everyone, Harry Potter!" Julia squealed excitedly, running over to Harry and getting a close up on his face.
"Harry!" Hermione cried out.
"Don't worry guys, I'm f-" He was cut off by Julia punching him in the jaw, with so much force his head hit the wall behind him.
"Don't speak when I'm talking! How rude." Julia huffed, not even bothering to wipe Harry's blood off her knuckles. Harry glared at her, blood dripping off his cheek, but he didn't say anything.
"You bastard! What is wrong with you?!" Ron yelled, balling his fists in anger.
"Wow. You're probably, like, the eighth person to ask me that today." Julia said. she skipped over to where Robin was at, still hog-tied on the ground.
"Look little bird! It's friends!" Julia exclaimed cheerfully. Robin glared at her and the camera.
"Robin, are you all right?" Kal'dur asked. He was the leader of the team, after all.
"I'm definitely not whelmed, I'll tell you that much." Robin replied. Instead of getting hit in the face like everyone expected, Julia just laughed and started stroking his hair.
"Ha! Oh Robin, you're such a hoot and a half!" Julia cheered, still giggling and stroking his hair. It was making Robin just a tad bit uncomfortable. Julia got up and twirled to the Doctor, still chained in the same position.
"You know, I kinda wanna do you next, I really do have a fantastic idea for you." She muttered softly, fiddling with his bowtie.
"Then again..." She danced back to the center of the room, in front of Robin.
"I really want to torture you, boy wonder. I read stuff like that all the time." This sentence didn't seem directed at the prisoners or the friends, but it frightened them anyway.
"I might as well save you two for later." She said, making up her mind.
"So that means..." She walked up to her next victim.
"The Boy Who Lived is next!"
