The cane-sword that George began to puncture into the creature was... exceptional, but not how I would do it. He seemed like he teleported behind the creature but, there was still the movement from what I could perceive with my binocular vision. That skeleton began to draw his sword back, slowly and steadily and with the clinging and drawing of metal, the cane sword was closed. What was awfully dangerous was the many cuts inflicted onto the creature of shadow, it was too fast for me to even count from the beginning, that monstrosity didn't only get cut up but his insides were pulled out as if someone was pulling them at that very moment right now. They were dripping or what came out was a black, thick like substance, similar to mucus that humans produce. These were fine tools to help me escape this dimension... yes indeed...

George... to think that he'd be with a small child, well I couldn't help but say in my mind 'Well, everyone has their flaws'. That boy was nearly killed by that monster and he was saved from the jaws of the beast, he cried and clung beside George, I could tell he was traumatised from those fears- those horrors of the ruins. Now I know that he'd finally realise what this place had come to be. Such a useless tool that boy is... Why did my powers choose him?

I quietly shifted and followed them, hearing what they were talking about-what they were doing and what they encountered in their journey to get out of this so-called 'hell'. Delving deeper into the ancient city, they found more and more things and eventually, Logan would have to carry some of the stuff George couldn't carry. Then, they saw a convenient backpack and swiftly collected it, they began to rest and used this opportunity to throw things that were unnecessary and things that they could hold onto for the time being. I also began to find convenient bits of Invictimeganium and that black substance which I began to use by fusing them with myself to 'evolve', I'd do anything to get myself out of here. Scavenging was not the best thing for me as I disliked the fact that I accidentally picked up some bits which were occasionally covered in rotten flesh from the creatures and I had fused myself with. Thinking about this just makes me disgusted and regretful in why I wanted to do this in the first place. I heard the duo talk about 'finding shelter' or 'scavenging food'. Some of the basic needs of living in the wild... most of the time. Eventually, they arrived at a sort of brightly lit house nearby with everything that they needed right in the middle of nowhere. .. Something wasn't right... but I still continued on following them, thinking of the right moment to help me get out of this place. I feel as if God or the Devil were not here to strike me down... this timeline is very peculiar.

This house... it was almost... set up for people to lure them in and do whatever they desired to do to them. The interior of the house felt as if it was never touched, it was quite impressive. But something felt off, if the duo- especially George died, I'd have to wait ages to relocate more people from other dimensions to be used as my tools. Out of instinct, I began to locate a hidden spot, one which I could see them closely but let them not notice me. I found a place behind those wide curtains and it was quite a good place to hide in.

Both George and the boy, almost at the same time jumped and sat on the couch in the living room before realising their growling stomachs were screaming for food to be digested. They began to get up and this had me time to think about how I should approach them in a more pacifist way. It wasn't long before George came back into the living room with a mug in his hand and some cookies, it looked almost impossible for George to physically digest the food in an empty skeletal body but somehow, it worked.

Whilst he was doing his own errands and began silently eating, I dissipated my physical body and used my ethereal form to travel to the kitchen via the pipes. Checking if there was anything out of place. I checked everywhere, but there was nothing that could destroy my 'tools' I had just collected. Then why was there something off about this place?

Unexpectedly, the entrance opened and was shut quietly behind whoever came in, I could feel the presence of two human beings, a female and a male, both in their teenage years. I rushed into my hiding place to scout over the living room, which was quite the place for people to meet up and converse about their lives. I continued to hide until they came in, whatever they were, with all four of their combined strengths, they might be capable of taking down a creature... an emaciated creature. I sighed, but I will continue to watch these tools, giving them powers was not so hard after all. The footsteps echoed the hallway and an unwelcoming atmosphere chilled the room when the female said, "H-h-helloooo? Anyone here?". Everyone was on their feet, ready to pounce at whoever came at each on either of them. I heard and saw the drawing of swords from both George and the male as they were ready to ambush. The more 'tools' that come, the merrier it gets.
