"Taking In A Taste Of Reality"

Right after Haechan willingly took M/N's load four times,he was fast asleep on the couch while M/N talked with his neurologist about his updated status.He looked at the graph that showed his brain waves "Hm....is this high hill good?",his doctor shook his head "It means a high amount of stress,but that's natural since that came from your reaction".He skimmed through the majority of the details since he could talk about it in another meeting "Well then,we can talk about this tomorrow.All we need by now is to manage my medication for now,I think there will be some changes once my brain get used to seeing certain things",he rubbed his forehead as he put it down on his bed table "You can go ahead,doctor.I still need to properly understand this after a good rest".The doctor left with no hesitation and M/N laid down on his bed,he sighed as he put his hand above him and tried to reach for bright bulb at the ceiling.

After a while,M/N had enough rest and started skimming through his results.He kept understanding each and every detail on the paper,however,he never noticed that Haechan had woken up.Haechan rubbed his eyes as he groaned out of slight fatigue "Huh....what are you doing?",M/N looked at him "Oh,you're awake already".Haechan went to him and looked at the paper in his hands "Why are you reading your results again,bub?",M/N took a soft breath "I need to check on how my brain is working,looking for an error,finding something I need to understand or look out for her.It has to be anything I need to take a proper note of,that's all".Haechan sat right next to him and looked at the paper "Isn't it confusing for someone like you?",M/N shook his head "Not really,it's just how you see it.I don't see it as something that makes people scared or worried,all I focus on is what needs to be improved and what needs to be watched out".He turned to him with a raised eyebrow "Don't tell me that you're actually worried that I might be sick forever,hyung",Haechan's eyes widened as he saw the flames in his eyes "Why would I think that,M/N?I would never,not even once in my life would I do that!".The boy was a bit suspicious but went back to reading,the other feeling a bit scared to even say a single word since he wouldn't know how M/N would react.

As the afternoon came around,M/N was eating his lunch while Haechan at the table by the window with the other 127 members.M/N looked at them and he felt a slight sting in his head which made him wince,Yuta was able to hear him and looked at him "Is something wrong?".M/N shook his head "No,there's nothing wrong",Haechan went near him and held his hand "Are you sure?".M/N nodded and gave him a stare,it meant that it was a secret and Haechan respected what he said.He went back to eating and so did M/N,however,there was something in his mind.The moment he looked at them,he didn't feel any pain that was enough to make him feel weak and shaky but he felt a slight pain.He wrote some quick notes on the back of the paper right before going back to eating,on the other hand,Haechan was worried about him and could tell that something was up just from the atmosphere coming from him.He gave Mark a stare and whispered something in his ear "I think there's something about us that's making M/N hide what he really wants to say,hyung",they discreetly started to make a plan to get him to say what he wanted to say.Little did they know,it would be something that people could only consider as a revolutionary discovery that could change the entire way that M/N saw his mental condition.

As the atmosphere settled down thanks to the muffled sounds of city life,nature,and the monotone color that was set to the sky because of the cloudy heavens,M/N was talking with his neurologist in his office so there would be an easy way to gather a certain amount of neurologists he needed currently.He rubbed his forehead "I know that might sound logical but that's crazy!!Why would I feel almost nothing with them but everything when it's not them?!",his neurologist placed his hand on his shoulder "Think of it like this,you reacted strongly to it before since you met them for the first time.But now,you know them somewhat enough that you feel comfortable with them.Didn't you tell me that you barely stuttered or felt shy when Yuta asked what was wrong with you?".M/N rubbed his neck as he bit his lip "I mean,yeah.What does that make of it?",the psychologist who had been standing by the door while silently drinking her coffee spoke "You've found some common ground to those boys without feeling any differences or distance,it's like you've been friends since you've met the WayV members".M/N sighed as he really thought that was anything but logical,however,he didn't know that it was true.
