ARC I CHAPTER I : REBOOT

[ Note - this is an crossover between re: zero and that time I got reincarnated as a slime ]

[Info about the time - it starts after clayman's defeat with being an official demon lord and it starts from the beginning from episode one of re:zero.

If you haven't watched re:zero then this book will have alot of spoilers for you and you might even get confused and bored out reading this.

It will start re:zero's s1 to S2 and possibly S3 in future , thanks for taking your time reading this note]

Prologue

Rimuru's pov

"Well , that sorts out this one too" I massaged my forehead lightly , staring into nothingness. My mind went to all the possibilities and calculations of the consequences of this and that, It took long but at least we were on a safe path for now ..

BEZZSH !

I flinched in a slight shock as a gentle and light current of electricity hit me , as if it were to intend to notify me about it's arrival. I stood from my chair with my eyes searching around the office.

' What was that? It was too gentle if it was trying to hurt me, Raphael? Can you locate the traces on where the energy came from?'

< It appeared for a split second but I'm sure of it , it is coming from near the woods and it doesn't seems to have malicious intent but caution is important>

With that , Ranga jumped gracefully from my shadows and waged it's tail beside me , giving me a worried look.

" Master , should I check it out ? "

"No need for it , Ranga. I appreciate your worry but I think I can easily handle it and even if things goes south, I believe in myself" I rubbed Ranga's head with a soft eye-smile on my face , I turned around and cracked my fingers as Ranga descended into my shadows.

I walked through the long grasses of the forest , Picking up faint traces of the enigmatic energy. Based on the observation of the split second traces, it possesses a different of magicules, I walked thoughtfully trying to think what it could be.

" Huh , I don't sense that energy anymore , it disappeared in thin air " Rimuru muttered , rubbing in chin in confusion.

Suddenly a hand , dark as night and it's edges sharp as blade, penetrated through the world, with the intend to pulling Someone.

However it failed to do so as Rimuru sensed it already, He somersaulted the claw but was pulled by another one from his behind. Unable to escape from his grasp , the claw consumed Rimuru into the portal.

Chapter 1. Reboot

Rimuru's P.O.V (point of view)

I groaned as my vision was hit by a bright flash , nothing like the nighty atmosphere that was once a second ago , I rubbed my eyes and slowing blinked them open, my hands ready for possible combat or ambush.

But all I heard was a faint voice saying

" don't blame yourself, Love yourself more.."

I totally expected at least one enemy.

However when I opened my eyes , It was nothing like I expected , far from what I've assumed. It gave me a feeling of deja vu in a certain way that I don't want to experience, the feeling of starting all over..
