Ok enjoy the chapter.

Charlie pov:

I was driving to y/n's house after work conflicted.

I don't know how to tell her about bumblebee. 

"UUGHHHH! WHY AM I KEEPING THIS A SECRET?!"  I yell as I turn down our street.

I pull onto the driveway and slam my hands of the steering wheel. 

"Im going to tell her tonight." I get out of the car and head to dinner.

Y/n pov:

We all sat around the dinner table eating our food normally when Henry started flicking peas.

"Henry! Eat your peas damn it."  My mom said to him.

"I don't want them!"  He said flipping his plate.

My mom stood up and I slid my chair back. Charlie did the same and her parents just stood up and grabbed the wine.

"We are going to head out."  I said heading to the front door.

We quickly threw on our shoes as my mom chased Henry around the kitchen.

"See you later."  Charlie's dad called after us from the couch.

We got to the car and drove to our sunset spot.

Charlie pov:

We drove up to the spot to see another car parked on the edge.

"Damn."  I said backing out from the small ledge.

"Want to go to the docks instead?" Y/n asked.

"On let's go."  We drove down to the docks talking the whole way.

When we got to the docks we parked the car and walked onto the edge of the dock.

Since we had left earlier we got to see the end of the sunset.

We sat with our feet hanging off the edge our feet slightly in the water.

"So Char, do you like anyone?"  I just shook my head.

"No, I don't."  She looked over at me.

"Do you?" She looked down

"Yea I think I love him."

"Love?  What does love feels like?"

She smiled a little

"It feels like fireworks in your heart, like a warm blanket is being set over you. Like when you look at them the world will melt away and it's just you two. Like no matter what other people will say they will love you no matter what." She green eyes caught the last bit of sun light.

"Actually I think I might like someone." I say almost whispering.

She looked over at me and smiled. And held the side of my face.

"Just don't get hurt, or I'll beat him up." I smile and thank her.

"It just that it's you, I think. God this is so confusing."

After the sunset we got back in the car and drove home.

Y/n pov:

Charlie stopped outside my house.

"Here you are my liege." Charlie said I smiled and got out of the car.

"Your taking me to work tomorrow." She smiled and nodded.

I walked into the house to see my mom and Henry sitting at the counter eating a bowl of fruit.

Idk know about y'all but my parents apologize with fruit

I went to my room and flopped on my bed.

I wanted to scream and cry until the world faded away.

I felt like nothing I did mattered it's not like we will ever be able to anything.

A while ago one of our neighbors kids told his parents he liked a boy.

They hunted down the boy and locked both of them in their basement. Never feeding them, no sunlight, and eventually they shot both of them.

I can't do that to Charlie. I felt myself slipping away and I gravitated to my bathroom.

I opened a draw and dug under the dividers to find my box of razor blades I found after my dads death.

I haven't done this since the final exams of senior year. I sat with the blade above my wrist.

I was waiting for the small amount of pressure before the comforting feeling of blood running down my arm.

"Y/n get out of the bathroom I need to pee!"  Henry's voice snapped my out of whatever trance I was in.

"Give me a sec!"  I yelled back I put the blade back in the box and put it under the divider.

I ran the water in the sink before opening the door. I flicked the remaining water at Henry before walking to my bedroom.

I change into sleeping clothes and got under the covers and fell asleep.
