Rick found himself attracted to y/n the second Glenn and Maggie brought her back to the farm, she consumed his thoughts, and always tried to go on runs with her, he knew Lori could see it but he didn't care, as far as he was concerned his marriage was over.
It was her turn to take watch in the far guard tower, "get some rest, I'll take your shift" Rick told Daryl, he grunted knowing that he wanted to spend time with y/n. Despite the walkers, the night was quiet, peaceful even. Looking up at y/n she was leaning on the outside rail. The wind blew her hair. Night watch was the only time he saw her with her hair down.
He never ment to be so quiet but when he saw she was wearing his shirt and a pair of gray sweats he couldn't help but stop and watch, she looked so at peace, so calm "you just gonna stare?" she looked back at him, the moon hitting her face just the right way making her even more beautiful if that was even possible "sorry" it came out of more of a whisper.
While he built up the courage to walk up and kiss her she set her gun down and put her hair up, he didn't get a chance to think why she would do that before she grabbed his collar and smashed her lips to his.
Rick responded immediately, y/n threaded her fingers threw his hair and pulled enough to get a groan out of him. Rick pulled apart from the kiss to trail kissed down her jaw and neck, pulling her hair to get the access he wanted, leaving marks as he went. she let out breathy moans and whispered his name "jump" he growled in her ear.
He continued to kiss and suck her neck as he pinned her to the wall parting just long enough to remove her shirt, letting out a low growl when he saw she wasn't wearing a bra. His mouth didn't leave hers as he gently laid her down on the makeshift bed.
He made quick work of the rest of their clothes, trailing kisses down her stomach making sure he kissed each scar on the way down, her soft moans were turning him on, even more, Shane always told him that you were doing it right if the neighbors heard, but this, the way it was so soft as if her sounds were for his ears only, that turned him on.
"Rick, I need you" he didn't need to hear anything else and trusted fully in. he wanted to drag this out as long as possible, he was edging her and it was driving her mad. Rick picked up her hips and slid a pillow underneath her and trusted even harder, he was sure he would leave bruises but he didn't care.
He laid a hand over her stomach imagining what it would look like swollen with his baby, this made him thrust faster, he tucked his head into her shoulder and intertwined their fingers, a few sloppy thrusts later and they both finished with each other's names on their lips.
The rest of watch was uneventful. And they carried on as if nothing happened.
Now that they were at Alexandria it was safe enough for them to actually start something, they tried but everything kept getting in the way. When rick went home Carl and Judith were sleeping, so he decided to join y/n in the shower "hey" she leaned into his chest "I love you" the stubble from his beard sent goose bumps dancing over her skin "I want to have a baby" his hand placed on her stomach while the other was pleasing her "good, cuz I'm pregnant" Rick stopped and smiled at her.
