A few days had passed since Tommy's outburst at Joseph. Bea had been talking to him everyday, comforting him and playing the girl-friend role perfectly, even though it made her heart hurt.

Sheb had been ignoring Dream as well, feeling bad for talking to him while she was dating Joseph. Bea couldn't understand why her heart felt so light when she thought of the Minecraft YouTuber, but she knew she shouldn't be feeling this way.

Especialy when she has a boyfriend.

She hoped that Dream would stop texting her eventually and she could have a clean break from him, but he never did..

Bea's phone pinged with each message and she felt her eyes fill up with tears, making her one blue and one green eye look glossy. She was a horrible friend! Dream didn't deserve to be treated like this

Deep inside, she knew it wasn't right to lie, especially to someone she cares about so much, but she didn't know how to explain her current situation to Dream. And explaining would mean thinking about her feelings for him...feelings she shouldn't be having at all.

As if on cue, Joseph sends her a text:

Bea sighed. She didn't want to answer honestly, but Jeoy knew her like the back of his hand. He would know if she was lying.

Except she didn't.

A few minutes later, she was logging onto Minecraft with her camera set up to play with Dream. The wto of them got along swimmingly, making funny jokes. Bea was sure this vlog was sure to be a hit!

It was so fun, everything was going so well. Until it wasn't.

Joseph had dropped by for an surprise visit.

"Hey, Bea! Guess who's here?"

But as soon as he noticed who she was in voice call with, he took a few steps back, frowning.

"Joey!" she said, forcing a smile onto her pretty, pale face. "Give me one second, Dream."

She quickly muted herself and turned to Joeseph, "What are you doing-"

"Why are you talking to Dream?!?"

Her smile dropped at his harsh tone, "Why are you yelling at me? He's my friend!"

"I don't like you talking to him alone like that! You don't even want to talk to me on voice call, but you'll do it with a stranger?!"

Joseph doesn't know, but the reason she doesn't want to talk to him on voice call is because she's afraid of how she sounds over voice call. Bea knows Dream would never ever judge her, but Joeseph...might.

"I-," Bea stutters, tears filling up her different colored dough eyes.

"Save it, Beatrice."

Joseph leaves, slamming the door shut behind him and Bea starts to sob, her tears falling down her face rapidly. She turns around to unmute and tell Dream she has to go, only to find out that she hadn't muted in the first place.

"Bea?," his warm voice asked softly. "Are you okay?"
