The Cornell Big Red had their season ended by the Colgate Raiders in the second round of the ECAC Hockey tournament. Ian Shane had a spectacular freshman season in limited action for Coach Schafer's team who could reach Lake Placid in late March. Matt Stienburg is an absolute monster on the offensive side of the puck and scares the daylights out of me as a rival. Coach Schafer has a great group of talented players in that locker room and should be just as good this season for a team that looks to avenge that loss to their CNY foe this past March. Good luck Cornell, see you in February for some rivalry hockey!
