The defending national champions, the Denver Pioneers ended the season on top of the college hockey world as national champions. Massimo Rizzo was pretty good on the offensive side of the puck for the defending national champions down the stretch last season and he'll look to do it again for an entire season as Denver goes for a repeat. Magnus Chrona was an absolute legend in net for the Pioneers as they won their ninth national championship in program history last season. This team clearly has championship ambitions and my expectations are high for this team. Good luck Denver, everyone's eyeing you as a major target for the season!
