Feeling refreshed from the slumuber it's time for me to get ready! I went to take a bath since every time I wake the bath is ready..

Huh..? Where's Lia..? She usually is here for me.. When I take bath.. Maybe she's busy..

I got to the bathroom and took a bath.. She's definitely busy cause my hot water is still the same.. I giggled

Alright since I'm done I should go see what father's doing, our usual tea time is around a few hours 3 in the afternoon.

I looked out and saw Athanasia... Is she really here.. Huh..? Oh! She's having tea time with father.. I gave off a smile..

Athanasia looks quite happy.. I got down to the garden and went to where father and Athanasia was..  I looked at them.. Actual Father and daughter time!

Let's just hope I don't get accused and executed... I looked at them again and father told me to get out.. Father could tell I was there-

—Heh.. Heh.. Hello father and Athanasia.... — I said and ended up giving a smile with sweat dripping down my face..

Sit down.. — Father said and I did... I got some sweets and ate them... These sweets.. Okay why do they taste bad? Why do they taste bitter..

I ended up wanting to puke them but just swallowed the bitter.. Sweets..

Athanasia just smirked and.. I just gave her a wave.. I didn't wanna disturb them but it seems they didn't have anything in common..

—Ah.. Father.. I'll leave, our usual tea time is 2 in the afternoon..?— I said and tried to leave..

But he said —Today you woke up at 12.. And now it's 2 so tea time — I woke up that late..?!?

Father just chuckled.. When he saw my face.. No wonder why Lia wasn't there.. I looked at them and Athanasia just... Looked mad..?

I looked back at father who wasn't there..?  Ok what is happening.... I wanted some tea and went to grab the tea cup when I fell unconscious...

I woke up on my bed and felt.. A little tired.. No wonder those sweets were bitter!.. I'm starting to get worried and scared of sweets now..

Wait... Ok... IS MY FATHER OKAY!? SURE I GOT EXECUTED BECAUSE OF HIM BUT... THATS ANOTGER TIMELINE-

I quickly got off my bed and ran to my fathers room.. Oh..  Thank you.. He is alright I sighed in relief and immediately left the room to be pulled by something..

I slowly turn my head to see Athanasia.. She was a little sad.. —Is anything wrong Athanasia?— I asked and she just shakes her head..

I was about to walk away and she pulled my night gown.. —Is anything wrong? — I asked again and this time.. She nodded..

I looked at her and asked if what was wrong she just.. ended up pulling me and whispered.. —If you don't leave this palace I will tell them you were the one who poisoned his highness the emperor. —

I was shocked.. She stopped this low.. —Do you think they will believe that I the princess who was here longer will be hated by the people who loves me? — I whispered back.. I will not die by your hands in this life Athanasia.

—How about we make a deal, If they believe you I'll leave but if they don't. You will be the one to leave this Palace. — I said and she ended up not agreeing..

She was smart. She knew she wouldn't win. She was just introduced as another princess... She won't gain anything being dumb

I went to my father to tuck him in, He'll be sleeping for a while he's a little tired.. If we tell the news that the emperor was poisoned.. The people will panic for sure..

And it will spread to other empires.. Whilst they find a cure for this.. I'll stay in charge.. Leaving Athanasia in charge might cause problems..

Alright.. How should I do this.. Even if I were to be a soon to be Empress.. Pressure will still suffocate you..

Will I be a good Empress anyway..? First will be to finding a cure for father.. Is there anyone that could help me? Almost all of the empires doctors.. Couldn't find any cure..

How did my father even get poisoned? Is this all an act?.. he doesn't even like sweets! Maybe it was something else..

—Athanasia Rosemary... — I said out loud.. Lia heard me and asked if she needed to call miss Rosemary..

I just nodded.. If she were to be the poisoner.. She should know who has the cure, Lady Rosemary came to the office door and knocked..

—Come in, Lady Rosemary— I said and she did.. —Good Evening..— She said.. I just sighed

—Athanasia, I'm assuming you already know why I called for you? — I asked and she just nodded..

—Since you do, I'm telling you to tell me if you have the cure.. That cure is very important..— I said.. And she stayed silent..

—Lady Rosemary... This is our father'5 consciousness we are talking about.. if we don't get him to wake up our empire might be at stake. — I said... Getting up.. Although I said empire.. I'm more worried about our father..

I sighed and sat back down —Lady Rosemary.. Other empires will start to notice Obelia's Emperor and try to take our land.. — I said.. I'm more worried if everything is at stake..

She handed me the cure.. This was easier than I thought.. —...This is the only cure.. I'm saying we need a sacrifice.. Only the people who have the victims blood are allowed to sacrifice themselves.—

I sighed... It won't be easier than I thought... —Lady Rosemary... Is there another way? — I asked if that's the only way.. It will be harder..
