A Dead Friend. || Chapter 17

Techno sat down on the stairs outside of his house with Steve by his side, he sat there just thinking about what happen and what he couldn't believe Tommy had done. He can't believe it. He didn't show any slight reaction or any expression except a blank face, that's all there was. Just a blank face expression, nothing. Techno couldn't think about other things other than worrying about what will happen to the server, if he was there he would have stop Tommy and Dream will be safe. He would still be alive but he did not. He had fail, he worried for Tommy. Of course he had to worried for Tommy, not realizing he would go that far killing Dream leading to this.

As Techno sat there slightly, he hear a soft sound coming from inside of his house. He lift his head up and raised an eyebrow questioning himself, it couldn't be Phil or Wilbur since the two of them were dealing with Tommy so who could it be? Techno stood up and signal Steve to stay down here as he walk up the steps and went in the house, it was lit up but quiet? What was that all about this now then? Techno felt puzzled, very puzzled. Suddenly he felt a cold gust of wind pass through him sending shivers down his spine,

"God, It's bloody cold." He shiver a bit before closing the door behind him and that's when he finally saw 'him'. A ghostly figure with a distorted face with a distorted body. His face was distorted, his body was as well. Yeah, that's him. Is it? Is it him though? Techno stood at the doorway staring at the ghostly figure before it slowly turn its gaze towards him, "Oh."

Techno stood there silence, an 'oh' he got from the ghost. His face was distorted, his body was very distorted but his face was more distorted. This couldn't be Dream, right? He look so much like Dream, could he be? He didn't speak, he just stood there at the doorway with his hands gripping at both of his sides trying to hide in the pain of seeing his friend as a ghost. He didn't show any other reaction, just his blank expression.

"Dream, is it?" He ask finally speaking as he look at the ghost.

"Dream?- I am Ghostdre." It said smiling. 'Of course, how could I be stupid', Techno stare at Ghostdre for a bit before taking in a deep breath letting out a sigh. How did he get in? That is what he is wondering, why is he here in his house? The server was doing terrible, everything was almost destroy. Techno, on the hand didn't really much care of the server but he care about one thing. Dream. He care about that.

He own Dream a favor. He still own him one.

"Oh, sorry. You look like someone I know. A homeless person, to be exact. Anyways.. why are you in my home?" The ghost took a look around with a puzzled look on his face almost as if he doesn't know why or how he got here. Techno took a look at him examining him up and down, he almost look like Dream. This must be him. It certainly must be. Ghostdre stop then turn his gaze back towards Techno floating towards him almost nearly close to his face, "And I didn't quite catch your name, stranger."

Techno kept silent, "..Techno." He mutter. "Nice to meet you, Techno." The ghost smile as he floated around Techno circling around him. He nod in respond but wasn't quite interested in what he was doing, he was more interested in Ghostdre. Techno somehow well; felt like he could help Dream or more like save him. He could save Dream, he can save him but how?

How can he save him exactly? If only he could find a way, the revival book is not in Dream's hands. Everything is all coming to an end soon, isn't it? Techno then took one look again at Ghostdre, he was looking outside the window while Techno doesn't know what else to do. He felt bad, he felt regret but he didn't show that emotions. He hid them away from everyone but deep down in him, he just feel that emotion to himself and not to anyone. Just to him, this feeling he feel is only kept to himself. The both of them kept silent to each other not speaking to one another, the awkward silence between was just quiet. Most likely Techno doesn't know how to react or what to said about Ghostdre while on the other hand he was mad and upset at Tommy. He couldn't believe he had done that, he can't believe he kill Dream.

Techno was boiling with anger deep down inside but on the outside he seem calm but he isn't. Techno knew however Tommy didn't meant to do it but if there was one thing; he will not forgive him again. He forgave him last time but now he will not. As Techno stop looking at Ghostdre, he gestured him to follow him as the both of them left the house walking down the steps as they soon walked off heading off to the other side of the forest with their footprints leaving behind in the snow. Steve was left behind laying down beside the steps, smokes coming out from the chimney and the house was still lit up but the both of them were gone out.

Even though Techno doesn't have a plan, he'll protect Ghostdre. Until he'll find a plan to get him back. But little didn't he know, the more time he waste;

The longer the server soon start to disappear and complete in ruins, Ghostdre or Dream will soon be gone along with it.
