The redheaded man eyebags was hard to ignore

He slowly walked down the stairway with his hands clutching the railing
You hurried your way towards him and grabbed an arm around his waist, holding him upright
He grunted in pain as your hand touched an injury
"How the fuck did a rat do this!? Where is sox!?"

You both look towards the ceiling
Both your jaws dropped
Sox was hanging upside down at the ceiling
His tiny body spinned slowly towards both of you

For an hour and a half it was nothing but cleaning and sweeping around the Firestation
Tattered carpets, pillows, curtains and so on into trash bags
A few rat drops where oddly placed to say the word LOSER outside the rat hole
"And then after it escaped from the rat hole it started to claw at everything, i have checked the entire data-based for the rat species but nothing popped up-kai i seriously recommend a hospital visit you look terrible"
Sox put another broken glass inside a trascan with his mouth
His tiny emerald eyes looked at anothers
Kai rolled his eyes and skipped around trying to desperately help with a broken leg still casted
"Yeah yeah ill go once Kio gets back from the garage, he is still fixing up the Firetruck after that freak accident"
A small frown was set on his lips as he finished the last piece of filth from his side of the room
"Why not use my bike? Keys are just by the doorway with the monkey king keychain" you pointed at the key holder
A small gasp came off from your co-worker as he immediately shook his head from your offer
"No no no Absolutely not-im not owing you nothing woman!" He pouted like a spoiled child while puffing his cheeks
