CHAPTER 3: DANGER

JISOO POV

"Don't worry~ Ms. Jisoo, she's coming back. I was able to restore Ms. Manoban's heartbeat"

"Y-you did?!" Rosé squeals and pulls me in a tight hug after hearing such news about Lisa "My cousin is back!"

"Yes, I may have restored her heartbeat but I haven't regenerated her brain yet. Ms. Manoban is brain dead and only the machines are supporting her body as of the moment" The doctor explains

"Do everything that you can for my cousin doc" Rosé stated coldly. I tap her arm to grab her attention before looking seriously at the doctor "How long will it take?"

"I don't know, it may take weeks? months? It depends on her body and it will take time for me since it's her brain, there's a huge possibility she will lose her memories or worst I can't bring her back" He explains which made me sigh in unison with Rosie

"Where's Jennie? She needs to know" I ask my girlfriend who just shrug and walk towards the door "I'll look for her babe"

"Arasso~" I nod and look at the doctor "You may take a rest, we prepared a room for you which is next to this"

"Kamsahamnida, I'll take a shower and check on Ms. Manoban afterwards" He bows and leave. I quickly walk towards Lisa after getting in the transparent curtain surrounded

"Yah Manoban~ You have to be strong! I thought you're an immortal huh?" I punch her shoulder gently which was still hard as a rock since the blood is still starting to circulate in her cold body

"Be strong for Jennie and your baby~ We're waiting for you, secret weapon" I smile sadly and hold her hand "You're like a sister to me aside from being my partner in crime so ple-"

"JISOOOOOOOOO" I flinch and run out of the room after hearing Rosé's scream. She was at the end of the hallway jumping or panicking?

"Roseanne, your voice-"

"We need a doctor for Jennie!" She points inside the room where she's standing which made me run and enter the room like superman

"Jendeuk?!" I run to the bed after seeing her state. She was pale and weak. This little demon is giving me more problems!

"What did you do?!" I scold after placing my hand on her forehead which was smoking hot. She just smile and shake her head "I want to be with Lisa~"

"Are you crazy Jennie?!" I scold her when Rosé holds my arm and pulls me away from Jennie, taking my place "Jen~ How can you say that? After all that we did to move her in L.A. and kidnapping the doctor?"

"It l-looks l-like m-y Lisa has no chance at all!" Jennie bursts out crying and I watch my girl pulling her gently for a hug, rubbing her back to calm her down. Aish! This demon is being emotional again!

"Lisa has a chance~ Don't you believe in her?"

"I-I do~ B-but noth-thing happened yet! It's been 6 hours!" Jennie pouts and cries more like a baby making me sigh. Her mood swings and depression must be mixing up~

"Jendeuk~ Lisa's heart is already beating that's why we're looking for you" I speak to light up her mood which actually did that made her stand up all of a sudden "Jen~ Look you have fever, let's take a rest first" Rosé speaks and we both guide Jennie back to the bed when she pushes us away with her strong arms and glaring cat eyes

"Don't you dare talk to me like that! My Lisa needs me now!" Jennie walks out of the room like she's not sick at all. Is this really the effect of Lisa to her? Unbelievable!

"J-just get some cold towel for her babe, I'll follow her" I kiss her forehead and follow Jennie back to Lisa's room, seeing her in the transparent curtain which surrounded Lisa's bed 

"She's still brain dead" I utter while approaching her "The doctor will be regenerating her brain tomorrow. For now, we must observe Lisa while you take a rest"

"You really love me, Manoban?" Jennie mumbles and kisses Lisa's head, making me smile at her interaction with Lisa. Ignoring me demon? Be glad you're pregnant!

"She clearly loves you but for now we must rest Jen, you have fever"

"I want to stay here" She seriously utters and I have no choice to agree since she is one stubborn, scary demon "O-ok? I-I'll get a comfortable chair for you"

JENNIE POV

"We will be right here Jen" Roseanne grabs the empty glass of water from my hand after I took medicine to reduce my fever while Jisoo helps me settle down on the comfy couch which she settled beside Lisa's bed

"I love you honey so be strong for me ok?" I lean close to Lisa's ears for her to hear me like as if she would "I will wait Manoban~" I grab her fingers and starts playing with it gently "You better wake up because you need to be with me and our baby~"

"She will Jen~" Jisoo taps my shoulder and sits beside me. We both stayed silent while staring at Lisa

"I'm sorry for everything on behalf of our real family~ You may have been with mom too, if dad wasn't an asshole" Jisoo breaks the silence

"Don't apologize... I don't like to hear anything about them" I mumble while continuing playing with Lisa's fingers

"O-ok~"

"I let Jungkook investigate some of the bitch's close connections" I grit my teeth

"You did? I-I mean why Jennie? She's-"

"Dead? Yeah she's dead Jisoo but look what happened to Lisa! The idiot doctor wouldn't be doing the bitch's orders if it wasn't for his family! There is someone who has the same power as her and obviously they are close" I shout in frustration

"Alright, calm down Jen~ Let Jungkook do his investigation and let's focus on you, Lisa and the baby's safety" Jisoo pats my shoulder to calm me down "Me and Rosie are with you ok~ We will protect you"

"Th-thank you Chu~" I give her a small smile and continue to caress Lisa's hand "We are all waiting for you my love"

??? POV

"Argh! What the fuck?!" I threw the Ipad on to the door after hearing the news of Lalisa's private burial and the absence of Jennie Kim at her own girlfriend's funeral.

"Youngmaster, Lisa is dead already. What's wrong?"

"You're asking me what's wrong?! Of course Chairman A left the organization to Lalisa and now that she has Jennie. It is possible that Kim will take over the organization and she's nowhere to be found!" I throw the glass of whiskey to Lisa's picture on the wall

"We still have Roseanne Park, youngmaster"

"Yes Rosea- No! Roseanne is weak so there is a bigger chance that Jennie is taking over the WMO(World Mafia Organization) because she is Lalisa's girlfriend" I grab my gun and insert some bullets in it

"But WMO is being tracked by the government for now YM"

"I don't care! All I want is to have the power all by myself!"

"Then what do want me to do now youngmaster?" My slave asks and all I did was give him my signature smirk where I saw him swallowing a lump in his throat. I point my gun to Lalisa, Song JIsoo, Roseanne and Jennie Kim's picture, firing all of the bullets that I have

"I want you to find and bring Jennie Kim to me"
