CHAPTER 10: START OF THE SHOW

JENNIE POV

"Merci beaucoup, Madame Ruby Jane"

"Vous etes les bienvenu (You're very much welcome)" I smile and shake the hands of the CEO

"Mrs. Manoban, you have a call" Jungkook whispered. I smiled at the CEO and excuse myself before grabbing my phone from Jungkook and then looking at the caller id, seeing Rosean- or should I say Chaeyoung for now

"Hello?" I look around to see if anyone is around

"Jen~ Where are you?"

"In Paris, Chaeyoung-ah~ I had an investment to make. Wae? Is something wrong?"

"Nope but I know you'll be glad to hear this when you come back here now"

"I'll be back before dinner, I just have some things to arranged"

"Arasso~ Take care"

"Ne~" I hung up and walk back inside the conference room "Oh~ You're here Ruby. Would like to go out for dinner?" The CEO asks but I give a smile and said "I'm sorry sir, I need to get back for my wife and son"

"Is that so? Well I hope to meet them too. Drive safe" He chuckles and pats my shoulder then went back entertaining the other investors. I look at Jungkook then grab my bag before leaving the conference room

"Going home now Jen?" Jungkook asks as we entered the car. I hum in response then we drove off the KHB corporation. It took a while until we've reached the Seine River, the largest river in Paris which will take us back to L.A.

"You know what to do" I coldly utter and get out of the car. Watching Jungkook drive away so he could dispose the car. Who knows? Someone would have been tracking us~

"Jeez~ I need to get home now. That chipmunk is making me worry" I grab out a remote and press one of the buttons that made a submarine arise from the river water. I quickly go it and submerge back quickly in the water then drove back home

"Roseanne!" I quickly enter the walk-in closet after parking the submarine when I was blocked by her "Calm down will you Jen?"

"How will I calm down?!"

"Jeez! I told you that "you'll be glad when you hear the news" not like something bad right?" She rolled her eyes but I just push her to the side and enter my shared room with Lisa and our son, Liam where I saw my doctor checking on Liam

"Wh-what happened to my son?! Is he alright?!" I quickly bombarded her with questions as I rush to check on my son when she just giggle and pat my back "Nothing happened Jennie~"

"Th-then what?! Is he alright? Did anything go wrong?" I was getting teary

"Nope~ But do you want to hold him?" 

"Wh-what?" I look at her confusedly that she give me a warm smile "Liam is fine, he has no complications and he's healthy. Such a strong boy like Ms. Manoban"
