JENNIE POV
"Yah!" I throw the glass hard in front of the doctor. As nothing happened to my Lisa for 3 weeks after regenerating her heart and brain. He promised that it won't take long!
"M-ms. K-kim~"
"Why there's no improvement huh?!"
"Jennie calm down~ I'll talk to him" Jisoo tries dragging me away when I push her and grab my gun, pointing it to the doctor "Jennie~ We need him for Lisa. Don't kill him"
"I do whatever I want to do Jisoo!"
"But the baby-"
"Don't reason out the baby here Jisoo!" I give her the deathliest glare I ever have which made her step back quickly "I know what I'm doing!"
"Regenerating the brain of a dead body is hard Ms. Kim" The doctor speaks up which made my blood boil
"So you're telling me she's still dead?!"
"A-ani~ I-I a-already brought her b-back, I just need to be c-careful on touching her brain. It's her brain Ms. Kim" He quickly explains and kneels on the ground "P-please have trust on me Ms. Kim"
"Then you better make it fast! I am not paying you triple to move like a turtle" I grit my teeth and put my gun back "I want fresh updates every hour about her improvements"
"Y-yes Ms. Kim~"
"Jen~ Your doctor is here" Roseanne enters with a smile. I roll my eyes and give the doctor a glare before leaving with Roseanne to see my doctor who was waiting at the living room. I quickly sit infront of her with a blank face
"This is your 2nd month now Ms. Kim" She gives me a smile and lifts up my shirt to proceed with her usual procedures. It took a while until she finally packs up her things and gives me a seriously look
"You're not taking care of yourself Ms. Kim" She sternly utter
"And why do you care?" I roll my eyes
"This is your baby, Ms. Kim. I am telling you to take care of it because there's a huge possibility that you will have an early pregnancy lost" She grabs her bag and gives me a serious look "You're depressed so I suggest you to see a psychiatrist. I'll be back next week" She bows and leaves with Jungkook
"Jennie, you're getting skinny, aren't you eating the foods we're preparing for you?" Roseanne asks softly. I just stayed quiet, staring at the blank white wall infront me until I felt her hands on my face, realizing that I was crying already
"I know it's hard Jennie~ Let it out, I'm here" Roseanne pulls me in for a hug where I finally burst my tears out "Go on Jennie, just cry"
"I m-miss her~"
"I do miss her too~"
"Wh-what i-f sh-she gives up? Wh-what w-will I do? Wh-what if I'll l-lose o-our baby? WH-what will I do Roseanne?" I sob and grip tightly on her arms
"That's why we're here Jennie, please help yourself too~" Roseanne answers and I can hear her sobbing silently "The baby is a life made by you and Lisa's love so don't you ever lose this little fruit of love. Me and Jisoo are with you. Understand?"
"N-ne~" I answered and wipe my tears before breaking the hug "I'm crying ugly~"
"I am too~" She answers making us laugh in unison. We both calmed down and fix ourselves before going back up to Lisa's room where I saw the doctor trying to regenerate her brain again while the monitors were beeping loudly
"Wh-what's happening?!" I ask to grab their attention, I was panicking that made Jisoo hold my hands and rub it together "Calm down Jennie~"
"How can I calm down Kim Jisoo?!" I shout and push her away
"He's just regenerating all of her brain cells, Jennie. Don't worry nothing is going to happen to Lisa" Jisoo reassures and guides me and Roseanne to take a seat. I was just staring at the doctor who was working on Lisa's brain and it made me thought about what my doctor told me a while ago
"Don't overthink Jen~ It's bad for the baby" I heard Roseanne, absorbing it right into my soul. I need to stay strong for both Lisa and the baby "Everything will be alright ok Jen?" Jisoo caress both of my hands while I look down at my stomach and smile
Baby~ I'm sorry if mommy wasn't taking care of you
Dada is fighting for her to come back to us~
Don't leave me ok?
Fight with me baby~
I'll love you with all my heart and I will give you all the love and protection that you deserve~
"Jen you're tearing up again, are you alright?" Roseanne cuts me off my thoughts. I look at her and smile a little when the doctor approach us with a smile
"Doc! How's the procedure?" Jisoo stands up and I quickly follow with Roseanne by my side noticing that the monitors were showing that Lisa's brain and heart is functioning properly
"It's a success, I just need to check on her after a few minutes to see if her other organs are are not making any complication" The doctor gives me a respectful bow "It may take a while for her to come back Ms. Kim but I really assure you that she will"
"Thank you" I coldly utter which shock them, making me give them a deathly glare "That's for my Lisa"
"Arasso~" Jisoo chuckles slightly "Seungri-ssi, take a break and eat first" She guides him outside, where I grab my chance to go near Lisa. I slowly hold her hand which wasn't cold and hard and before, her skin was going back to its original color but still slightly pale while her chest was rising due to the help of the machine for her to breathe
"Lisayah~ You better not sleep for too long" Roseanne speaks, she was at the other side of Lisa's bed "You don't want to miss Jennie giving birth to your baby right?"
"Wake up fast honey~ I want you to experience running out of our house because of my cravings just like in the stories" I pout where I earn a giggle from Roseanne "I want to see that too" She laughs hard "I can't to play with your ba- J-jennie!" She stops and gasp like she had seen a ghost
"WH-what? You look like you've seen a ghost" I giggle and look to where she's pointing making me gasp and stand up really quickly "Call the doctor Roseanne! Call them!"
"Ne!" She runs out of the bedroom while I quickly cup Lisa's face with a smile "Lisa honey!"
