Rylee's POV

I was laying in the bed of my hotelroom. I've been really sick for the past couple of days. I slept for most of the time.
I really wanted to watch quali but I was too sick to go to the track.

Max texted me a lot of times, I felt bad for not answering him. I knew he wasn't fucking around with Kelly, I trusted him. If he could forgive me for lying for months, I could atleast give him a chance to explain.
I texted him goodluck and that I was thinking of him. I smiled when I saw he texted me back but it wasn't really the answer I hoped for. "Thanks :)" I looked at it for a while. I know we had a fight but I was hoping we could talk about it. I put my phone away but just at that moment, my phone started buzzing again. It was a text from Max again. "And I'm thinking about you all the time." I smiled. He was so cute.

I texted Charlotte and asked her if she wanted to watch quali with me. I got in bed again when I heard a knock. "Come in, it's open" Charlotte walked in with a bag in her hand. She looked at me. "I brought some soup" she hold the bag up smiling. She was such a good friend. She sat down next to me on the bed and looked at me. "How are you feeling?" I shrugged my shoulders. "Not good, I threw up a million times already" she turned on the tv, rubbing my back softly. "Then let's hope your man will be on pole today" I wasn't even sure if he still was my man.

We watched quali together. Max was on pole once again. He really was unstoppable. I wish I was there so I could kiss and hold him. I was smiling at the tv but my smile quickly dropped when I saw Kelly in the garage. Max got out of his car and even before he could take his helmet off, Kelly hugged him. She looked so happy. I recognized the look in her eyes, it was the same look I probably had when I was with Max.
I wasn't really upset that she hugged Max, but he hugged her back and I could see that he was smiling, his eyes said everything.

Charlotte looked at me, she probably wanted to see my reaction but I just looked at her and smiled. "It probably means nothing." She shrugged her shoulders and I just nodded. I was determined to watch the sprintrace from the garage tomorrow.
I knew Charlotte was going to watch it in the Ferrari garage so I'd probably just join her.
"Why don't we all go to dinner tomorrow after the sprint? I'll ask Charles and you can ask Max. I think you need to talk to him and I could use a date with my boyfriend" Charlotte looked at me smiling.
It was actually a good idea. Max and I could talk a little bit without pressure. We really needed to talk this out. I wanted to be with him especially for the last couple of races. I knew he must feel immense pressure right now.
"Yes great idea. I will ask him tomorrow." I smiled even through I was scared of what he might answer.
