When They're Near.

We danced, and we danced some more, we danced until our legs gave out, lungs gasping for air, and our hearts sounded like drums.

We all laid flat on the ground, smiling so the world could see. I turned my head to my left, looking at Larry who was smiling even bigger than I was. He turned his head to me and gave me a sweet look, now that we found eachother here it felt like everything was just where it needed to be, and there was nothing in the world that could stop us now.

"Hey," Todd huffed out, "I gotta head home guys." He was finally catching his breath just like the rest of us.

"Oh damn, see you later man." Sal sat up along with Todd, giving him a fist bump and laying right back down.

"See you all later, and I hope you find a home with all of us, y/n." Todd looked right at me, giving me a sweet smile before walking out of Larry's bedroom door.

By now we had all caught our breathes, one by one we sat up and by the looks on all of our faces we were pondering what to do next.

"Sooooo," Ashley dragged out, "whadda we do know?" We all stared at each other for a few seconds, and then one by one we poured our ideas together.

"We gotta build a fort for sure." Sal started.

"And we have to do some stuff with paint." Larry added next, earning a sweet hum from Ashley.

"Oh my god, we could have a fashion show too." Ashley gasped, earning a lot of giggles from everyone including myself.

"You got anything to add, y/n?" Larry looked over to me, I'd never had a sleepover before so I didnt know what exactly to do but I knew what would be really nice;

"We should go on a walk sometime tonight, enjoy the night air." I smiled over to them all, I knew that walking with them in the dark would be so relaxing.

"Okay! That sounds amazing!!" Ashley cooed.

"So we should probably do it in the order of; walk, fashion show, paint, and then the fort so we can sleep in it. If we even sleep!" Sal planned it out for us, it seemed like a good schedule as it took the most exhausting things first and the more layed back stuff for last.

"Perfect!" Ash stood up, grabbing her shoes and jacket as we all followed.

We all put on our jackets, shoes, and Sal had his earmuffs, and Larry his beanie. I threw over my jackets hood so I wouldnt be too cold and Ash just went diving into the cold air with nothing but her jacket.

We went out the door to the outside in Larry's room and made our way to the sidewalk. We didnt know where we were going, but it would be worth it anywhere we go.

"Oh guys maybe we could go to the gas station and pick up some energy drinks!" Ashley bounced around in front of us all, I swear she had too much energy sometimes.

"Sounds cool, I brought my wallet with me, you guys?" I said.

"Keep mine in my jacket, so I got it." Larry added.

"I got mine!" Sal lifted his from his pocket and swooshed it around in the air.

"Look how fancy you guys are," Ashley commented, very sarcastically, "I have a 20 I brought just for today." She giggled.

We made our way to the nearest gas station from the apartments and grabbed all that we wanted.

"What are you getting Ash?" Ash and I stood in front of the freezer doors filled with drinks. I didnt know what to get so I would first see what Ashley liked.

"I don't know if I should get a red bull or a monster." She held her chin with her hand, switching her head between the two choices.

"Well red bull's are definitely healthier for you, but in moderation monster's arent too bad." I said.
