Time takes in episode robots from the sky part 3 and 4, when they were in that bunker. You are Tails missing twin sister/brother/sibling. He never really told anybody about you so yeah.

Normal POV
Tails and Sonic were pulled into the bunker were stood a few robots.
"Stay back!" Sonic shouted
But before the robots could fire/attack they were stoped.
"Stand down troops!" A robot voice said it was Mighton "these two are allies."
"Mighton Bolt, we glad to see you." Sonic said and rised his hand.
"No time for pleasentries." Mighton said
But then something caught Tails eyes, something yellow behind Mighton." May I ask, who is behind you Mighton?" Tails asked and that's when Sonic noticed something yellow too.
Mighton looked behind him and stepped away. There stood the same yellow fox except her/his/their eyes were cyan (or whatever colour cyborgs a.k.a. theam cybonic). Tails stood in shock, he was froze, he couldn't believe it. While Mighton and Bolt explained the situation Tails walked to the fox cyborg, still in not believing what he sees.
"Y-Y/N?" He stuttered. Sonic, Mighton and Bolt looked at him is surprise.
"Tails is that really you?" You asked. Tails had tears in his eyes and hugged you tightly, you hugged him back and smiled.
"Uhh, Tails can you explain please." Sonic asked, but Tails ignored the question and asked Bolt. "Where did you find her/him/them?"
"We found her/his/their body near the jungle. Bleeding to death. We tried to save her but the there was to mush damage. The only way to save her/him/them was to turn her into a cyborg. The good thing is that she/he/they have her/his/their memories." Bolt explained.
Tails looked at you and hugged you again. "Tails can you explain please?" Sonic asked again.
"Y/N is my long lost twin sister/brother/sibling. I tried to find her/him/them but with no luck. But now I know she/he/they are okay." Tails explained.
Sonic looked shocked, he never knew that Tails had a twin sister/brother/sibling. But he is happy that Tails is happy.
"Y/N can you help those boys?" Mighton asked.
"But Y/N is a robot if she/he/they leave the bunker she/he/they will have the virus!" Tails said.
"No I don't. I'm not completely a robot, I do have organic things still. So the hypnose can't control me." You said.
Sonic and Tails agreed to help, you were showing the way but you got caught by Morristown robots and were taken to stronghold. Tails was shocked to see his Hypnobot, but you were not surprised.
a bit Later
You were fighting robots but tried not to harm them. Hypnobot was about to push Tails so he would fall, but you gon in the way and pushed him off the edge. You flew to help Tails to place him to the metal ground and untied his tails. Sonic ran to you and Tails. But what only you noticed is that a robot shoot at Sonic, but you pushed Sonic out of the way so you took the shot and you fell to the ground and turned off.
Tails panicked and ran to you, Sonic ran to you too picked you up in a bride stile and with Tails behind him he ran back to Mighton and Bolt. Bolt looked at your system and said that there is a bit of damage, they needed to wait a bit. So they leave you on a bed ta rest while they show around Morristown.
But Hypnobot came back, Sonic and his friends hide in the bunker. They got an idea to make cyborg version of them to beat Hypnobot. When they were almost done, you woke up.
"Ugh..." You said. Everyone turned to you and looked at you. You looked at them and asked. "What's happening? Why are we here in this bunker again?"
Tails had to explain to you what happened and then he explained to his other friends about you. Amy fell bad for both you and Tails knowing it's hard to lose a family member. Sticks didn't trust you just yet. But then Bolt interrupted.
"Team Sonic may I present to you team cybonic!" Bolt said.
"Haven't got any better at naming thins huh." Amy said.
When they saw their cyborg self Sticks walked to her cyborg self and said.
"I still don't trust this thing"
"I don't trust me either. I mean cyborg duplicates whose whack-a-ding idea was that?" Her cyborg version said.
"Thought I gotta hand it to her she's got spunk." Sitcks said.
Then you, team cybonic and team sonic destroyed robots. You flew to the Hypnobot try to destroy his antenna (or whatever that thing on his chest is). You did it and all robots were not in his control. But Eggman tried to take you with him but cyborg Tails and Tails stopped him and he flew away.
Now it was time to leave for Sonic and his friends. While everyone was talking to Mighton and Bolt, Tails talked to you and his cyborg self.
"Can you promise me other me that you will protect Y/N?"
"Yes I promise." Cyborg Tails said.
You smiled and said "Tails if you want I can visit you some times." Tails looked happy about it and hugged you. You hugged back.
"Tails let's go we have to go home!" Sonic shouted.
Tails lets you go and walked away waiving at you and his cyborg self.
And then they flew away.
