Reunion

Hi guys!!! 

I'm baaaaaack (from spending a couple of hours on wattpad reading stuff my friends wrote and voting and commenting on it.) 

Anyways... 

School starts on Friday!!! 

AAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHH (me having a mental breakdown.) 

Also,Dan and Magnus are going to confess their feelings for each other soon!!! 

AND IT'S GONNA BE SO FRICKING ADORABLE I MUST JUST FINISH IT OFF TODAY!!!

*Magnus's pov*  

Dan and I had finished meeting up.I was telling him about my life on the streets and in the orphanage,and why I can only visit him once a week.He didn't mind and said he felt bad for me.It's been two years since I first met Dan and I've learnt a lot about him and memorized it. 

His favourite colour is red. 

He prefers day over night. 

He's scared of the dark. 

He loves burger, especially from the place that always go too. 

And he has anxiety. 

I honestly didn't except that from Dan,he seems so happy most of the time, it's really hard to imagine someone like him having anxiety. 

But I get it now.Dan acts like a joker just to cover things up. 

And only I know that Dan has anxiety.Not even Wynton knows!  

Flashback: 

I was "coincidentally" passing by the academy after school to find Dan crying on the bench 

"Dan?" 

"Magnus." 

I sit down next to him 

"Hey,what's wrong?" 

"School.I-i hate it.It's too much for me.There's so much pressure to get good grades.I j-just don't understand.I keep getting in trouble when it's not my fault I have anxiety." 

I hug him tight. 

"You have anxiety?" 

"Y-yes." 

"Why don't you try talking to someone about it?" 

"I can't.T-they won't believe me..." 

I end up comforting Dan and promising him I'd be there for him and help him as much as I can,no matter what.

While I'm about to get back to the orphanage,I find a ball surrounded by blue goo. 

It looks like...a Bakugan??? 

I grab the ball and get rid of the goo from my hands and the ball. 

"Bakugan brawl!" 

It's Nillious!!! 

But I won't be able to use a Bakugan without a device. There's only place. 

AAAnimus. 

I shudder.I hate that place.But more importantly, I can come back for Emily,as long as I find out which orphanage she's being kept in. 

*** 

I just need to find the files.I take the lamp from my bed side andI whip off the covers and tiptoe downstairs across the creaking floorboards to the basement.Using the lamp to illuminate the basement,I search through the files cabinet.I keep tossing file after file aside. 

There it is! 

I scan the page for where she's being kept.It's at an orphanage not far from here. 

I'm going to leave the orphanage behind for good.And I'm going to keep my promise to Emily. 

Okay,I underestimated it being not that far because my feet are aching from all this walking.

I climb in through the window to find Emily sleeping peacefully. 

"Em." I whisper while gently shaking her shoulder. 

"Hmmm?Magnus?" She opens her eyes 

"Yeah, it's me Emily." 

She gets out of bed and hugs me tight. 

"I missed you so much!I knew you'd come back for me!"She exclaims.Her tears are soaking my hoodie 

"Me too.Come on Em, Let's go."I say and wipe her tears away.

"But I-I wanna say bye to my friends."Emily mumbles 

"We can come visit your friends another time."I sigh 

"Okay then!"  

I didn't let Emily down.Not in this life.
