Laura ran her hands through her hair going through the pictures of the victims from the last attack. She bit down on her bottom lip with furrowed brows trying to figure something out. From the CCTV footage the creature was very fast just as Faye had pointed out.

"Sir!" Her focus was cut from the pictures landing on a breathless Faye approaching her table.

"What's new?" Laura asked with a raised brow.

"Like we all know the DNA found in the crime scene was that of a wolf" Laura nodded urging her to continue. "An ordinary wolf wouldn't have killed a human in that burtal way" Faye exhaled slamming a picture on Laura's table. "This is what the claws of a regular wolf looks like" She said slamming another picture on the table. "And this is what the claws of a warewolf looks like"

Laura stared at the two pictures with furrowed brows "A warewolf?" She questioned. "Warewolfs like in movies?" Faye nodded and Laura shook her head. "Those things don't exist what are you saying?"

"I knew you'd say that so I made some research and... " Faye slammed another picture on the table making Laura flinch.

"Can you stop slamming-"

"Sorry" She cleared her throat "As I was saying, the picture i have here and the picture we have from the victims are literally the same.... do you see.... "

"The similarities"

"Exactly!" Faye said smiling.

"This doesn't prove anything" Faye's smile faded before she cleared her throat.

"I knew you'd say that so I made more research... apparently there's this article I came across, it talked about warewolves and vampires, and how they exist in real life... the writer said she's came across one, he or she was speaking from experience" Faye paused for a moment "And the writer is still alive" She finished smiling proudly to herself.

Laura sighed deeply running a hand over her face. "What exactly made you think of warewolves?" Laura questioned.
Faye shrugged "I watch alot of movies so I wondered 'what if this is real'?"

"We have to have a talk with the article writer" Laura replied grabbing a new file and putting in the pictures Faye presented.

"I'll send her an email"

After school I texted dad asking him if mum was home and he replied with a No. He didn't ask any questions about where I've been and I'm so thankful for that. Jungkook and I drove to the pack house after school. He promised to drop me home before dawn.

"They're Beta's... and Omega's too" We heard Namjoon say as we walked hand in hand into the large house.

"Beta's just like us?" Jimin asked making namjoon nod. The entire pack except Namjoon and Charlie were all Beta's. A Beta is a wolf turned by an Alpha. They were all turned by Namjoon which makes them his Beta's.

"What they do isn't our business though" Yoongi spoke.

"What about Beta's and what they do?" Jungkook finally asks as we settled down with the others.

"They've been the ones responsible for all the killings" Olivia answered making my heart skip. Jungkook noticed squeezing my hands as if trying to comfort me.

"Don't you dare say we're going to stop them" Yoongi grumbled.

"We're going to stop them" Namjoon said.
