For anyone who's really scrutinizing the ages here, or is confused, I've written out how old everyone is according to my timeline of events. Just something I spent waaaay too long looking over and thought, "might as well post it if I took this long to organize everything" :D

Kira: 

Born: 86 AG

Is 10 when appointed to Ozai's War Council

Is 11 when Zuko is banished from the Fire Nation 

Is 13 when the story of The Eternal Flame begins 

Is 14 when the Hundred Year War ends 

Is 15 when she is appointed Head Chancellor to the Fire Nation 

Is 16 when the Restoration Movement is halted by Yu-Dao 

Is 17 when Azula mortally injures her

Is 22 years old when she marries Zuko, 107 AG

Is 26 when she gives birth to Yuto

Is 28  when she gives birth to Izumi

Is 32 when she gives birth to Suzuki
