Kim's POV
Still confused on what Chay said as I make my way in my office.
I called Rhyle on the phone since I needed to talk to him.
"Good morning Khun" he said as he entered the room.
"Explain!" I said in anger
"Explain what sir?"
"You know exactly what I mean"
"Unfortunately I don't sir"
"You will explain right now or you'll be fired"
"He will be very angry sir, I'm not allowed to say anything"
"Who are you talking about?"
He just stood there not responding. Seriously? why is everyone not answering my questions.
I'm furious, I was about to lose it all then and there but then someone came and said
"Calm down, he is not gonna tell you anything"
"What are you doing here?" I asked
"You want answers right? You can ask me, not him"
"Rhyle, you can go now" he added
"What exactly are you here for?"
"To answer your questions obviously before you explode in anger"
"Chay please enlighten me" I said
"Why would I? Did you do that when you left me?" he said
"All you gave me is two words that tore me apart" he added
"Chay please I'm sorry, I'm so lost until now" I said
"I'm not a compass P'Kim, the scars those two words you left are still written all over me" he replied
"I'm only here to explain a few things to you before I leave and please don't come running to me It's not like you'll be brave enough to love me" he said
His words cut deeper into my soul.
His words are so dangerous coming from an innocent soul, I stood there speechless.
His eyes are shining its like there's something burning bright behind.
As he explained what truly happened, It made so much sense but I never thought that Chay would do something like this.
"Why? Why Chay? Why did you send Rhyle to watch me? What you're doing right now is so dangerous Angel" I said worriedly
I've been hoping someone will love Chay in the ways I couldn't. Somebody's taking care of all of the mess I made so he don't have to change. But all this time I've underestimated him.
Chay's POV
"Angel? C'mon P'Kim do you really wanna see something worse just for you to stop calling me that nickname"
"Chay I'm tryna be serious here" he said in a warning tone.
"Danger is already engraved in my name the day I was born. Considering the fact that me and my brother are the real heirs for that stupid clan"
Kim suddenly stood up from his chair he tried to say something but there were no words coming out of his mouth.
"Judging from your face phi, I guess you don't know that your father and Khun Gun are adopted by my grandparents" I smiled with a smirk slowly forming in my face.
"You don't believe me P'Kim? Fine then look at these" I said as I place the documents I've been holding on to for months.
I hid it from everyone including Hia because I don't wanna be part of their dark world.
