Chay's POV (flashback)

For days I was stumbling looking in the dark with an empty heart though he said he feels the same could we ever be enough? maybe we could be enough, and someday we will. On that same evening, as I was singing my heart out, I heard a knock on my window.

They're finally here.

There I saw my companion's shadow. My partner in crime. He came to pick me up as we were on a mission to deceive someone, of course, we're doing this my way. As an early 'birthday gift'

Harmless yet painful.

So naive of him to underestimate me. I'm playing his games, he should be satisfied.

"He'll figure it own soon we need to move quickly," I said to my companion who was currently waiting for me while chilling in the palm tree.

I carefully opened my window and escaped with him. Darkness started to creep in as there was no light but the moon and stars.

I've been planning this for a very long time but never got the chance to do it with all the changes happening around me, it's complicated. Hia kept asking for my suggestions on what his beach bar should look like.

"I'm not an architect P'Porsche, ask P'Tankhun rather," I said it's his bar he should be deciding it for himself. This is his thing and I'm glad to support him knowing how much happiness this gave him. P'Porsche could only sigh.

Remembering that I missed Hia, I had to lie that I went camping but in reality, I'm doing whatever this is called.

As I walk into the hallway, memories started to take over my head. It wasn't a good memory at all, It was terrible.

At first, I thought it was very cool thinking that my mom had a gym for people to train and do whatever they want. I was a kid, an innocent one.

And here I am once again still the same person but no longer innocent.

P'Porsche faked his death since he had to take the lead in the minor family. Meanwhile, I did everything I could to convince him to let me take his place. No one knew I existed not until Hia 'died' but people here didn't bother refusing which was a great opportunity for me.

Only a few people know about my existence thereby and I mean only one person, Hia's top fighter, Agent E, Enzo.

Hia did agree for me to take the lead though he forbid me from going here. It wasn't easy convincing Hia, but I am finally entering my office for the first time. People not knowing who I was, and thinking that I was the family's lawyer.

I can't blame them I'm wearing a suit and tie with a suitcase hanging in my hand as I walked down the corridors earlier. They were used to seeing Hia wearing a plain white shirt and denim pants.

When I entered the office Enzo was already there. Of course, I had to also convince Enzo not to tell Hia about anything. Hia is overprotective but sometimes I feel suffocated, I'm not a kid anymore. I wish I could say these things to Hia but I couldn't, I can't seem to say such things when he raised me with all his heart. I'm beyond grateful for that, someday Hia will understand me, hopefully.

After 3 long hours just talking about the plan, Porchay was tired but you can see a smirk glistening on his face.

"Sir your guest is here," Rhyle said

"Cancel the meeting now, Chay is missing. We need to leave immediately" I said coldly
