"Are you going to answer my question?" I asked after a little while.

"You'll get your answer soon." He said.

We drove for about half an hour, listening to music, up in till we got into the woods. I only began to freak out when Harry and Zayn turned off on to different roads.

"Where are we going?" I asked with annoyance in my voice. I don't want to be here. I stared at him until he answered,

"We're nearly there." He looked at me for a second.

"That doesn't answer my question." I said again. "Can you at least tell me where they're going?" I pointed to the back of the truck.

He didn't respond, he looked at the rear view mirror, and continued driving. After what felt like hours, I saw a cottage in the distance with nothing around it.

Fuck. I waited too long.

I pulled at the handle of the door attempting to get out, but Niall noticed and locked it before I could open it.

"You're not going anywhere." He smirked.

This isn't dinner, this is a damn trap! Where did Harry take Sophie? No, "Excuse me, I have to use the washroom" move. Think!

I sat still, looking out the window.

"Did you think it would be this easy?" I asked, not expecting a response.

"What? Getting you out here?" He asked "Well, I thought you'd put up more of a fight." He chuckled.

"And you think locking the door will keep me from getting away?" I asked looking at him. He looked back at me, confused. "You thought I'd put up more of a fight?" I paused. "Here's your fight." I said slamming my forearm into the window, I didn't even think about my stitches, but now wasn't the time for that. I broke off the bits that were still intact and jumped out before he could fully stop.

I ran into the trees, but I stopped and watched him. He got his phone out and called someone. I could hear him, just barely.

"Hey," He said. "Yeah, she broke the window and ran off." He said while looking at the broken window.

"Okay, call me if anything." He ended the call.

Okay, I could beat him. But why would I do that? I leaned against the tree and thought. Do I run, or do I stay? I turned back and looked at him. He was beside the truck walking the other way.

"Hey!" I shouted walking back onto the road.

"What the hell was that?" He asked walking back towards me.

"What the hell was that?" I repeated. "That was me getting away. What ever you're after, you're not going to get. You do understand that right?" I asked walking closer to him. "Right here, right now, I could kill you within a second, take your truck and drive away. But lucky for you, I don't work that way." I paused. "This is a warning. Call your friends and tell them to let the girls go, and I'll consider letting you go without a mark." I stared at him. I stared into his eyes, I felt like I could recognize them. The same question in my head popped up again.

How do I know you?

"You don't understand, Ella. I can't even tell you what's happening or everything will go down in flames. I need you to trust me." He said hope filling his voice. I looked at him for a moment, considering what he's said.

Why couldn't you tell me that yesterday? Before you plucked me from my home? I'd rather not trust you, thanks.

"That isn't the response I wanted." I turned around and ran, as fast as I could.

He didn't follow me, he knew that I'd be back for the girls. I stopped when I heard people talking. I slowed down and began to walk, making sure whoever it was, wouldn't be able to see me. I saw a small group of people, I could tell they were vampires from their smell.

Dark Vampires.

I looked at each of them, I didn't recognize them, but one. It was one of my old friends, Dark. His real name is Diego, but I gave him the nickname Dark, because he's a Dark Vampire. Plus, he isn't exactly the most colourful person you'll meet.

I walked out from where I was standing, and one of them pointed me out. Dark, being the leader of the group, came over to me quickly. He didn't seem to recognize me. I'm guessing this is his ground, he's very protective of what is his.

"You lost?" He asked harshly.

"No, I'm just going out for a walk. Enjoying the fresh air."

"You're in danger here. Go back from where you came."

"I can take care of myself." I smiled.

He took a step closer to me, looking down at me, trying to intimidate me with his hight. I didn't do anything, knowing he would stop once he knew who I was.

"You're out numbered. Leave." He growled.

You haven't changed a bit.

"And that's supposed to scare me?" I asked taking a step closer to him, my eyes changing to blue. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to continue my walk." I said holding eye contact with him.

"You're not welcome here."

"I'm not welcome anywhere."

"Who are you?" He asked with a slight smile walking around me. I stayed silent, paying attention to where he was standing.

"Why would I tell someone like you?" I asked hatred in my voice, thinking of the past we had together.

"Someone like me?" He asked, now standing in front of me.

"Do I have to explain it to you?" I paused for a good moment. "I'm pretty sure you know exactly what I'm talking about, Die-" Before I could finish my sentence, he threw me to a tree that wasn't that far behind me. A shock of pain went up my spine.

Before I could take a step, he had me pinned against the tree by my throat.

"How do you know my name?" He asked roughly.

"I'm not gonna fight you." I ignored his question as I looked at him.

His right arm grabbed my left forearm. I gasped at the sting, I forgotten about breaking the window in Niall's truck. My arm was more sore than it should be. He began to put pressure on the stitches. I could feel them loosening. I bit my lip to avoid moaning in pain.

"How do you know my name?" He repeated, roughly rubbing the stitches, reopening the cut.

"Don't you recognize me, Dark?" I shouted, using my right forearm to push him off of me. I bent down and moaned in pain as I held my forearm. It was bleeding again.

"Moon?" He asked quietly.

"Yeah." I looked up at him.
