Chapter 27

Taniya's POV:

"Tanu that dress suits you well, we can take it."

"No ummi... It's not my type. I like this one."

"If you guys decided then fix one. How long have you been looking for dresses? Couldn't decide one?" Bhai is loosing all his patience because we have been in this store for 1 hour and still we couldn't find anything.

"If you didn't get anything from here, let's go to another shop."

So we decided to go to another shop.

After 5 hours of shopping, we finally bought dresses for me, ummi and bhai for all the functions.

Azhal and mom also bought my nikkah and reception dress.

I think bhai is regretting for his decision to come with us for shopping😂

Well, what can I say it's my wedding after all.
So I want every dresses to be perfect.

Today is friday and all my uncles, aunties and cousins are here. Everyone reached in the morning. Aunties are chit chating in the dining hall and kitchen. Uncles are outside busy in arranging things for wedding.

My cousins are practicing dance for the functions. My home become so vivacious and spirited.

Me and my cousins went to hangout in the mall. And we also went to salon. We all did facial, manicure, predicure, hair styling and everything. I had so much fun. Zami and Lima are also here. They came today morning and will be staying in my place till my marriage.
After reaching home we went to freshen up and decided to Watch movie. I asked bhaiyya to buy some snacks and drinks. After watching 2 movies, we call it a night and went to sleep.

Next morning ummi came and woke me up saying we need to help them in kitchen. So I woke everyone up.
Aunties were making masalas for samosas and kebabs. We need to roll it and fry it. But aunties said me not to work because I am the bride and I have to relax. So I sit there and watched them. They split into groups and one group made kebabs and other one made samosas.
After finishing their works we went upstairs and freshen up and ate our breakfast. We have no other works so we sat with uncles and listened to the arrangements and plans about wedding. Tomorrow we have to make garlands because sunday is the haldi and we need to decor it with yellow and orange flowers as it is the theme.

I am so busy with marriage preparations and my cousins are always with me. They never leave me alone and I am not able to talk to Azhal for ones. So I took my phone to washroom and texted him. I think he is also busy to check phone because it's been 10 minutes and he has not seen my message yet. So I came out of the washroom and went to my cousins.
Tomorrow is haldi and every one is making garlands. Bhaiyya told event management will do these things but we told inside the home we will decor it and outside they can. Function is held in the backyard and event management had came and started their work.
I checked my phone and saw Azhal has texted me. He said he is also busy and he is the chauffeur to pick everyone from the airport. He also told Seba will come tonight.
Thinking of Seba made my stomach twitching. I don't know why but my mind is saying something bad is going to happen. I stopped thinking and joined my cousins. They were rehearsing to tomorrow's dance. And in some portions I will also join them. Tomorrow girls from Azhal's family also will be here.

I woke up hearing the alarm. Prayed fajr and recited some verses from quran. I made dua for everyone and went to ummi's room. She was sitting on her prayer mat and supplicating her dua. I sat beside her and hugged her. The thought of leaving her and bhaiyya and this home made me cry. I know she is also very sad. But she is not showing it. After sitting like this for a few minutes she said me to go and get ready.
