We are aggrieved to announce that many of the participants are not abiding by the rules which they have to, during the judging process. The participants following and cooperating with the rules are our priority so to not cause them and us any problem we shall be disqualifying the people not following the rules even after being informed.
So we shall be mentioning all the participants over here who hadn't followed the rules even after being informed and given time. And eventually, were disqualified.

1) Kalapika1 They had taken down their book during the judging process.
2) DeelovesBTS Not following the judge, and not replying to any of our messages even after being online.
3) nam_zo For unfollowing the community after it was closed.
4) btsarmysukanya (book:: The unbelievable crime) they deleted their account without notifying us while the award was ongoing.
5) midnight_breezee for unfollowing the community after the award was closed.
