In the classroom
"Guys, I just talked to my dad, who just talked to Jackson, and I've got really terrible, horrible, very, very bad news." Stiles says
"We know." Hope says and points him to Isaac.
After class:
"All right, I only found one thing online called the Kanima. It's a were-jaguar from South America that goes after murderers." Stiles says
"That thing was not a jaguar." Scott says
"Yeah, and we are not murderers." Hope says
"Well, you see it kill somebody, which is probably why it tried to kill you." Scott says "And still tries to kill you and it probably won't stop until you're dead."
"You know, sometimes I really begin to question this <<friendship>>."
"Relax, you won't die. You have us." Hope says
"Thanks. See, a true friend."
In the next classroom, Jackson sits behind Scott and next to Hope.
"Hey, testicle left and right and..." Jackson looks at Hope "...head. What the hell is a Kanima?"
"All right, listen up." Coach says "Quick warning before we begin our review. Some of you, like McCall, might want to start their own study groups, because tomorrow's midterm is so profoundly difficult...I'm not even sure I could pass it. Okay, I need a volunteer at the board to answer the first question. Who's got it, huh? Come on, let's go, buddy." He tells Lydia
"Paralyzed from the neck down." Jackson tells them "Do you have any idea what that feels like?"
"I'm familiar with the sensation." Stiles tells him
"Wait, why would Derek test you? Why would he think that it's you?" Scott asks
"How should I know?"
"Wait, do they think it's Lydia?" Stiles asks
"I don't know, all I heard was her name and something about chemestry."
"Jackson! Do you have something you want to share with the rest of the class?" Coach asks
"Just an undying admiration for my...my coach."
"That's really kind of you. Now shut up! Shut it! Anybody else?"
"How do we know it's not her?" Scott asks
"Because I looked into the eyes of that thing, okay? And what I saw was pure evil." Stiles answers.
"Lydia is evil." Hope says
"She is not. Okay?"
"You have no right to comment, cause you have a crush on her."
"And you don't either, cause you hate her."
"Because she is evil."
"I swear it's not her. It can't be, all right? Lydia's fine."
"Okay then, anybody else want to try answering?" Coach asks "This time in English?"
"What is that? Greek?"
"No, it's English. Just backwords. Look." Hope says and shows Scott and Stiles a photo of the wallboard inverted. It was written <<Somebody help me>>.
They go to chemestry class.
"Derek's not gonna kill her without proof." Hope says
"All right, so he tests her like he did with Jackson, right? But when and where?" Stiles asks
