This fan article that I have made is basically about more on the cartoon character that could have achieve greater forms or powers if the season series kept going on. I know what you are all thinking.. that to find out who's got the ultimate form would be to watch anime since every anime main character does have a special form to prove they are stronger and make the crowd go crazy. Basically it's about cartoon character who could've kept their season show going and were able to get to the time skip version. Theses time skips shows the idea of how the anime character got stronger and so will the cartoon characters.
But this time, we're talking about cartoon characters who could've achieve greater heights, but due to the lack of rules saying that cartoon character must remain on their lower level of what they are now.
