"DID YOU THINK I WAS A IDIOT (Y/N)?!" macaque growled loudly at her while holding her up in the air by the small of her throat, blocking air to escape or enter in her lungs with her squirming and clutching his wrist shakily. She didn't hide her fear nor did she try to at the feel of his claws threatening to puncture her delicate air pipe, but before she knew it she was thrown to the ground with so much force that it knocked the air out of her. As she choked on air trying to breathe (y/n) saw sun wukong with his staff in hand, clutching it rather tightly and him now standing beside macaque. The two monkeys looked rage-filled, bloodlust even but their anger was hard to describe and before she knew it sun wukong spoke before stabbing her heart with his staff. "You shouldn't have come back...".

(y/n) eyes jolted open with her breathing raged along with her heart racing to the point she could hear it in her ears. The woman sat up realizing she was now laying on the couch and that she was sweating, she pinched her shirt and tugged on it gently "great... now I stink.." muttered (y/n). Before getting up she could hear her sons playing with their toys that they most likely took out of the 'toy' named box in their new room. Now standing she stretched in place with a yawn, walking to the kitchen she turned the water on with a turn of a knob before splashing the cooling water on her face to only turn it off after. Looking behind her she saw her sons who stopped playing with their toys and stared up at her with their curious yet worried golden eyes "mom.... Did you have a bad dream?" yang hesitantly asked followed by ming-yue nodding. "Yeah, mom did. but don't worry I have my two princes here to save me" (y/n) smiled while picking the both of them up and hugging them both.

Ming-yue and yang were quick to hug their mom back and nuzzled their heads into her neck, it made her chuckle "I love you two very much. And I would do anything to keep you both safe from harm's way" she told them softly earning a chitter and purr from yang and ming-yue.

It had been a few hours since that morning and she was almost done unpacking all the boxes and putting together furniture, lots of boxes and furniture. It was now late afternoon and she was ordering from some ramen shop called pigsy's. Ordering three bowls from the app the restaurant had, now done with placing the order she put her phone away and looked at her boys watching cartoons that were on while they sat on the couch "hey, I'm going to get our food. You both remember the rules?" she called to them only to hear a "yes mom" while she got her shoes and coat on and put her phone and wallet in her pocket.

On her way to pigsy's noodles, she felt nostalgia for when she used to walk the streets of megapolis after a day of class but that was before she dropped out of college that is. Seeing the busy streets brought a soft smile to her lips, crossing the street and turning a corner she saw the restaurant in sight and turned her walking to a speed walk. Upon entering she could hear a pig demon lecturing what looked to be his employee "HOW MANY TIMES DO I GOTTA TELL YA HUH?! DELIVER THE NOODLES AT AN EXCEPTIONAL RATE NOT LATE!" the pig practically screamed while the teen in front of him apologized while holding something to his chest. (y/n) turned her head to say historian teacher slurping noodles at the kitchen counter table but he noticed her and waved to her before finishing his bowl "hey, waiting for an order?" the man asked which she chuckled back "yeah I am but I can wait for them to be done".

She took a seat next to tang and watched the show before them, soon enough she noticed what the boy was holding was none other than the monkey king's staff it took her a moment to let that sink in before abruptly standing causing the three in the shop to stare at her. Nervously smiling she said, "could I uh... get my order now that I have your attention?" now staring at the pig demon and avoiding eye contact with the staff the employee had. Pigsy looked at her and nodded then left to fetch her order that still seemed hot, seeing the hot steam from the bag. "Here you are valued customer, don't mind the inconvenience that you witnessed" he spoke giving her the to-go bag which she snatched almost immediately "thanks and I won't" (y/n) said before rushing past a girl dressed in mostly all white. "Hey, mk! What's shakin bacon?" she cheerfully spoke looking to see him puzzled along with tang and pigsy. "Nothing much, just getting lectured and watching that woman bolt on out of here," he told mei.

Meanwhile, yang and ming-yue were still occupied with the cartoons that were displayed on the tv screen still waiting for their mom to return. "Yang?" ming-yue started "do... do think mom will be okay?" yang looked at him and shrugged "dunno.. but her dream must have been bad for mom's heart to beat so quick" yang replied to his brother who looked worried. Yang then linked his tail with his brother and smiled at him reassuring ming-yue. Soon it was interrupted by (y/n) coming in through the door with small pants and smiling when she saw her kids were ok. "Hungry still?" she called to them to which they got up with bright smiles and ran to the table and into their seats at the table.

Soon enough they all ate and the time passed by slowly like the setting sun, and when it turned 21: 45 pm she put her kids to bed and read them a book to help them both sleep well tonight. When (y/n) could hear their soft snores she kissed their foreheads softly before leaving to the door and shutting the light off and leaving the lamp on with the door open a crack before leaving them to rest.

(y/n) walked around the quiet apartment and decided to go to the roof for some fresh air, not like it harmed anyone right? Well besides her recent nightmare of course. With her coat on, she took the door near her room to the roof, when she opened the rooftop door she breathed in the fresh night air. It all relaxed her, the lights, the air, even the moon. She sighed softly closing her eyes and feeling at peace. For it to only be disrupted by the sound of the wind? There was no wind when she came up here. Puzzled she turned to see princess iron fan now beside her "you couldn't have come at an even worse time?" princess iron fan huffed with an annoyed expression which turned shocked almost immediately when (y/n) hugged her.

"I missed you too" (y/n) chuckled looking up to her as lady iron fan patted her back "uh huh but still you could have picked a better time," she said to (y/n) who let her go. "You're right I could have but I guess time is never in my favor huh?" she chuckled with a smile "fair point (y/n)" lady iron fan chuckled back with a shake of her head.

The two mothers then talked and did some catching up, even talking about each other's kids and what funny things they did, and what red son did when he was little. "So you're telling me that yang's power is similar to macaque's?" iron fan rose a brow while (y/n) pulled up a video on her phone and showed the princess next to her who laughed seeing it was true. "I remember when they were first born, you couldn't stop crying at how overjoyed you were," lady iron fan said to which (y/n) pulled her phone away from showing the princess and smiled warmly agreeing with her "I will never forget the day my two princes were born," said (y/n) who looked to her friend. "It is late (y/n) I should be heading back now, but before I do" "hm?" (y/n) looked at her with a puzzled and smiling face "here," lady iron fan gave her a necklace and two bracelets "the necklace will hide your scent and the bracelets will hide your sons too. I will see you soon (y/n), goodnight," the princess said before leaving a shocked but grateful smile on (y/n) face "night".
