The Girl in White
╚═*.·:·.✧ ✦✧.·:·.*═╝"Did you think that you could flee?" A boy's voice asked as he slammed a weapon down straight into the ground.
The ground rumbled and started to break thanks to huge vines materializing and creating small crates as the huge objects of nature rushed towards a group of hilichurls.
The hilichurls howled and snarled while rushing towards a child about fourteen years of age.
(E/c) eyes sharpened and narrowed forward as their owner twisted the weapon into the ground even more, causing the vines to wrap around and squeeze the hilichurls.
Relaxing a bit, the boy watched as the hilichurls struggled due to his attack before succumbing to dark ash.
"Now... where did that mitachurl go?" He murmured under his breath, looking around for the monster that held a shield for defense.
A growl rumbling from behind caused the figure to turn around and make eye contact with the weary and pissed-off figure.
"There you are," the boy states while taking his weapon out of the ground and twirling it in his hands.
The mitachurl gazed heavily at the figure before them, placing a huge shield right in front of him; a snarl escaping past its muzzle.
"Hm? You guys are getting a lot more persistent in moving closer to both the harbor and the inn," he sighed while staring in disappointment.
Walking forward, the teenager brought his weapon away from his side, pointing the sharp point to the ground.
"Such a bizarre way to die, you know?" The boy states before casually slamming his weapon – which was now noticeable as a polearm – into the ground.
"Perish," he state calmly.
Vines slithered up the mitachurl's figure before coiling up like a snake that was about to attack its prey.
The mitachurl hollered and growled as it fought against the vines that held it back, losing its strength due to a poisonous effect that the vines held.
(E/c) watched as the mitachurl turned into dark ash just like the hilichurls had done not too long ago.
Lifting the polearm, the teenager brought it to their face and sweatdropped.
"Right... now that's done with, what else do I have to do?" The teenager mumbled under his breath while pulling out a scroll of paper that held whatever remaining quests were on it.
Furrowing his brows, the teen took notice that there were no more commissions left. "Damn it," he grumbled while putting away the scroll of finished commissions.
"I'll hand it to Katheryne once I head back over to the harbor," the teen told himself while shaking his head.
The polearm dematerialized on silent command as the figure with (E/c) eyes started walking off in a random direction.
A dendro vision shined proudly on the teenager's hip with an (F/c) and ivy green tassel sitting right beside it.
However, a dead anemo vision could be seen clinking lightly on this figure's knee-high boots like an ornament.
"Now, how long has it been since I've seen (F/n)?" The teenager asked, bringing a hand up to his chin with a questioning look.
Quietly counting the years that passed, the teen took the fact it's been six years into consideration.
"It's been six years, right? I was eight when I last saw them since I'm fourteen now," the (E/c) teen sighed.
Kicking a pebble, a rush of wind swept by ruffling locks of (H/c) as the owner turned his head and watched as a bird went flying by in the distance.
"Crazy to think that I've been in this world for fourteen fucking years," the teenager, (Y/n), told himself.
(Y/n) looked away from the sky and stopped walking when he realized how he stopped right in front of a camp of hilichurls that had yet to agro on him.
Water swished back and forth gently, hitting (Y/n)'s boots due to a few hilichurls playing about in the said liquid.
"Oh yeah, Diluc's birthday is later this week, isn't it?" (Y/n) asked himself with realization.
Which meant the attack of Ursa would be happening that same day too.
"So, I have the option of letting Crepus die, or letting him survive." The (H/c)ette hummed lightly while watching the hilichurls play in the water with softened eyes.
'Along with Kaeya breaking down and getting his vision... right, that happens too.' The (H/c)ette thought with a sigh leaving past his lips.
"I mean, fucking up the timeline can't cause that much damage... right?" (Y/n) murmured before realizing that one anime of the villainess who had changed everyone's perspectives of her.
"Nevermind," (Y/n) deadpanned.
(E/c) eyes drifted away from the hilichurls and stared up at the sky.
"I wonder what (F/n) is doing? I just hope they're not trying to sacrifice Ayato or Ayaka for some mora." The (H/c)ette states with a deadpanned expression.
Honestly, (Y/n) wouldn't be surprised if (F/n) was doing that right now as he thought.
(F/n) never liked Ayato or Ayaka due to the annoyance of grabbing them both so many times in the pulls they did.
"You know what, that's probably what they're doing right now. Should I worry? Maybe. I mean, was releasing a cat child on them a good idea when that said child despises them to the moon and back?"
Shaking his head, vibrations of the ground captured (Y/n)'s attention as it seems whatever it was, was coming closer to him.
(Y/n) allowed his polearm to materialize into his right hand, clenching it as the shaking ground came to a stop right behind them.
Taking in a deep breath, the (H/c)ette quickly turned around and thrust the polearm in the direction he turned.
(E/c) and golden brown eyes made eye contact with one another.
A girl dressed in white stared at the (H/c)ette with a calm look on her face, ignoring the fact she had a weapon pointed at her throat.
(Y/n) glared a bit despite realizing who this figure in front of him was.
The one and only Abyss Princess, of course.
Lumine.
