The next day, Paimon and Aether decided to visit the Northland Bank without (Y/n) - due to the said (H/c)ette saying that he needed to get something before the group had to meet up with Childe and the said person Childe had to get.

A receptionist took notice of the duo that walked in and gave a welcoming smile to the two of them.

"Welcome, Aether, friend of Childe. And congratulations on the first day of your illustrious career with the Fatui," the receptionist greeted.

Aether gave a bothered look. "I don't see Childe as a friend," he retorted, wanting to point out the small mistake that was said.

"You sound remarkably sure of yourself... Remember, we are mere mortals - our ideas are fluid like water. Only the Tsaritsa truly has a will as solid as the permafrost. But back to the matter at hand. Childe tells me that he has upheld his end of your agreement," the receptionist replied.

Paimon gave a confused look. "What agreement? Oh, the thing about him helping us find a guy?" Paimon asked.

The receptionist nodded her head. "Correct. Childe promised he would find someone to break the stalemate. And the Harbingers do not break their promises lightly," she answered.

"Ah. Where is that guy, anyway?" Paimon questioned, tilting her head a bit.

"Childe is currently at Liuli Pavilion," the receptionist retorted.

"Liuli Pavilion?" Aether asked.

Paimon gave an exciting look at Aether's question. "Ooh, ooh Paimon knows this one!"

Paimon then cleared her throat to continue.

"There are two styles of cooking in Liyue, known as Li style and Yue style. They have been competing for centuries, but neither has emerged as the clear winner. The flagship restaurant of the Li style is the Liuli Pavilion. The owner especially chose to open the restaurant at Feiyun Slope, so they could compete face-to-face with the Xinyue Kisok, which is the flagship restaurant of the Yue style," Paimon explained.

"You're like this every time we talk about food..." Aether lightly teased his companion.

Paimon pouted. "Don't talk to Paimon like that! Anyway, Paimon's hungry. Let's get moving."

Childe gave a warm smile as he watched Paimon and Aether come up to him.

"As promised, I have found someone who can help you. Someone who can solve the mystery of why the Liyue Qixing would hide the Geo Archon's vessel," Childe states.

"So where is he? In Liuli Pavilion?" Paimon asked, placing her hands on her hips.

Childe nodded his head. "He certainly is. Come, I'll introduce you. I took the liberty of setting up a business dinner, as per the Liyue custom."

The trio walked up to the restaurant which had two greeters right in front of the doors.

The greeters turned and looked, taking notice of Childe and his guests.

The male greeter walked up, closed his left hand into a fist while covering it with his right, and bowed.

"Welcome back, sir. You honor us with your patronage. Mr. Zhongli is awaiting your arrival in the room you booked," the male greeted and explained.

A heavy sigh was heard as a man with dark raven hair with orange tips could be seen sitting inside of a room with a figure that was quietly taking their time drinking some freshly made green tea.
